I'll check on the full video, I just did not make it a regular video since the entire thing was in portrait mode which belongs more on a short which I am limited to a minute.
I went back to the original, and then this one, there were some things I noticed as well. It felt like they were not that tanky, but their accuracy have improved. The ai have definitely been improved (if you watch towards the end, there is an actual hilarious example). In fact, I did the challenges in the remastered, and the golden gun was really hard even if you have it as well because they can zing you as they drop or jump. I mean, comparing the behavior of ai of an old game to this one is not exactly a fair fight, but their accuracy, I think, makes up the lack of health. Also, this is also prevalent when most of my matches have me spend running around for ammo and a medkit.
@nguyenduythang7598 is that so? Honestly, it's been a while since I played SFH 2 or 3 in that matter, so maybe you are right. It's just that I felt like when I played SFH 3, it was not that hard, but I'll try to boot it up and see if it was any different from what I remember.
lvl74 Cadet of SES Aegis of Eternity here, best build to run against your teammate in bug missions would be eagle cluster, mortar, 380, airburst rocket. Have fun!
Cadet of SES Protector of Democracy here. Then you may like the next video I am working on, granted it does not have the same equipment as you have listed, but it will still be fun.
SES Guardian of Family Values reporting in. Looks like we have a promising new recruit on the way! Going against the Robot Menace on the first mission, and on diff 5 no less, shows great bravery!
Playing Solo my experience was a lot more calm, until I got to difficulty 4, that's when things started to become hectic. First deployment I didn't even have any A-T weapons to take out chargers with meaning I had to use my MG and HE grande (had just replaced precision strike). Edit: Space Cadet Jens Heika of the SES Beacon of Liberty
Yea, that was my experience as well, except instead of the termaninds, it was the automatons and specifically their tank. Anti material sniper was ok against everything but that.
For solo I would suggest having a recoiless rifle and another advanced weapon of your choosing if you have not unlocked the quasar cannon Edit: Space Cadet ImperialLeader of SES Protector of Democracy
@@ImperialL. Been relying almost exclusively on the Expendable A-T to take out chargers, that and trying to snipe with the precision strike (time delay makes it somewhat hard). Just unlocked the 120MM, so I'll be using that and trying not to accidentally blow myself sky high. Tried difficulty 5, although I could hardly see anything and also kept getting overwhelmed by acid spitting bugs. Safe to say I failed. Trying to get used to doing difficulty 4 missions.
@Jens_Heika there is definitely a learning curve, and I think termaninds are the harder of the two to solo. While they mostly don't shoot, they swarm you and can still get new units, unlike automatons, if you destroyed them before a flare is launched.
I know almost nothing about the Raze games. But they do use Ricochet Love which is literally my favorite song ever, (not even exaggerating lol) so that's p cool.
the remaster version is amazing after all, I remember playing it when I was about 8 years old, now I went back to it and played the old version again, unfortunately I can't afford the new one but I see that the remaster is brilliant! but in my opinion the old gun sounds were better anyway.
Hey the game will still be there and wont go anywhere so take your time, you can also wait for sales as well! I get what you mean with the old sounds were better, since I still love the sound of the default sniper since I kinda grew up with those sound effects and I remember like endless hours playing old games like CS 1.6.
While it would be fun, I feel like the main problem is that Flash Media in itself is dead and no longer getting any security update while it is possible to bundle it, I think it will take a while to do that. I am not saying it is impossible since wolfenstien did it, but I think at the time, the devs may not have the resources to do so, since they have to find a way to insert it into the game while keeping the core game stable.
we've got 10,000 feet to find out When i was little, i did not know much English, but i always thought that line was one of the most memorably ones Now, I truly know how Cinematically COOL that was :D
In this remake just like in the original I just love playing mission 3 over and over again just to listen to Rose at Midnight, what an absolute banger of a song
I do believe that your name in the new version is tied to Steam name. If there are any other versions aside from Steam then I cannot help you there unfortunately.
Possibly because of the old compression found in most flash games. But even then there is a hint of this being even better now despite the same soundtrack. I think it's the game giving us so much adrenaline.
That is pretty much almost everyone's experiences, but even if it has been years, we still find the excitement of finishing games we haven't beaten by our past selves.
@@ImperialL. Oh yeah absolutely. There’s definitely a sense of triumph in coming back and dominating these levels. I also noticed I levelled up way faster. I think I’ll probably try and take on Raze/Raze 2 next.
@suspiciouscheese4518 have at it, my friend, and have fun reliving your past. I know I am doing so myself as I play older games and flash games from my childhood.
Man that "full radar up" quip just sent me 10 years back in time, loved playing this game so much on kongregate, seeing it with renewed life is just awesome ❤
@@San-possibly quite the opposite Most people who enlist in the military do it straight after high school. Majority of enlisted at 18 some even at 17. All of my drill instructors enlisted at 17. It is different if you decided to become an officer because you need a degree so the average age would be 22-23 for newly commissioned officers.
