Use REAL olive oil #1 and USE BUTTER on asparagus and stop pretending flavor is up for conversation . Olive oils are good on most things but BUTTER belongs on Aspar foods.

Naked wings grilled until perfectly done. Franks Red Hot Sauce melted with a stick of butter to dip or shake those wings in. Blue Cheese Dressing to go with some cooling celery. Several bottle of Coors Banquet to chase it all down. Yeah Baby!!
Yes sir, this is the way to do it. You do any bacon or really fatty meats over direct heat and you're asking for problems. Have some on the weber as I'm typing, and gonna grill some shrimps and scallops when these come off. Well I will edit this. Nice steaks and fine over direct heat since they are hot and fast.
