I always researched the web and relied on reviews, unaware that many bloggers are paid for their opinions. Trusting social media reviews and being swayed by flashy videos and images, I chose to work with ANDZ Architecture and Design, based in Palarivattom, Ernakulam. However, the harsh reality became clear once I awarded them the job. I hadn’t realized how many social media platforms are manipulated by cash-driven, biased real estate vloggers and digital influencers. Please be cautious and avoid falling into their traps. Think carefully, especially if you are an NRI, as these people often target unsuspecting customers like us. According to ANDZ Design and Decor Limited, they charge premium prices and claim to provide 5 star quality construction and interior design services. However, the actual service we received was of lower quality, comparable to that of a roadside “Thattukada,” with work being done by unskilled Bengali laborers.
Extremely Disappointing Experience with this Construction Company I am deeply dissatisfied with my experience with this construction company. After reading numerous positive reviews, I entrusted them with a turnkey project, expecting them to complete it within the promised 8 to 10 months. The project started on March 1, 2023, and was supposed to be completed before December 31, 2023. As of now, the work is only 70% completed, with no clear end in sight. One of the most frustrating aspects is their complete lack of an in-house workforce for civil works. They subcontract everything, which results in constant delays and poor quality. Even worse, there are no qualified civil engineering supervisors or staff on-site. This lack of proper oversight has led to multiple issues that could have been avoided with proper management. It’s sad and disappointing to say this, especially since this is the dream home where we were hoping to live happily. We’ve been forced to compromise and adjust repeatedly as their delays continue. I also know of another NRI client who had a similarly terrible experience with this company. They seem to prey on unsuspecting NRIs, making promises they can’t keep and delivering subpar results. I strongly urge anyone considering this company to think twice before engaging with them. What started as an exciting project has turned into a stressful and unfortunate experience.

It sounds like you're describing an impressive villa project! To visualize or discuss it further, it would be helpful to know more details such as the architectural style, key features of the elevation, or any particular elements that stand out to you. If you have a design or concept in mind, feel free to share more!
Land is on a slope, i see lots of large concrete walls, holding the soil at different levels. Isn't that a risk? Heavy rains can cause the walls to collapse and the soil around the house might wash away.
