US Luke says "I don't understahhhnd professor" in a way that no British person ever would. Just another American completely failing to do any of the many British accents.
As a person who lives in the UK I prefer Luke's UK VA because Luke sounds more natural in the UK version, since the games are canonically set in London or something like that

As a non-native English speaker it's quite amusing to me that it's worth re-recording with a real British voice actress. I notice some differences but I really wouldn't mind one over the other

Just "nyom nyom" sounds all around! 15:38 The sega saturn version sounds surprizingly nice. 17:21-19:06 The contrast between "Windows" Draco freaking out and "Mac" Draco looking completely stunned, not even reacting until the last second is hilarious. xD
Ahhh...I remember the summer in Elementary School, when I spent many wonderful post-homework hours with this game. ☺☺ I totally loved it. It's weird that this game only takes a bit more than an hour to complete. I never paid the backstory much heed as a girl, but now I am old enough to connect the dots and I think that this should have had more parts. The story around Shady Pines, Sebastian and the LeClair family deserved to be completed. Wonder who holds the rights there. Maybe the story can be continued in another medium, like novels or graphic novels. Would definitely be more exciting than some of the things that come out these days... One thing I never saw through though, was the relationship between Jack (Frank for me, as I played in a different language) and Ella. As a girl I would always believe that Jacks love was unrequited, but now I also seem to see some clues point in a different direction...🤔🤔
Why yes, it is. But the MSX2/FDS game is distinctly different from the Arcade/Mega Drive game as it is single-player only and does not feature the “Theme of Puyo Puyo”, which is what the video is about.
The US voice sounds more mature and the UK voice sounds more adorable. I understand why they change it. I heard the British fans find the US voice offensive or something.
I played the crossover game first then moved to Curious Village (US version) I though Luke's voice was weird due to sound compression of the DS but I guess I was wrong...
So yeah, every trailer has it's own essence in some type, PC is the default one, PS4-PSP edition is like the PC but better + toby using a monster truck, Nintendo Switch has animations, new "footage" and that, XBOX is like the most different of all the trailers (except from the vents) don't uses bonetroulse, and has the "xbox footage" part. So yeah rn my favorite trailer is from xbox
