Awesome ball review I am in Perth Western Australia and I have the arctic vibe and I am a backup right hand bowler and I am still learning the arctic vibe but I am starting to get the hang of it.
Played at a bowling alley in Appleton, Wisconsin on Fathers Day that had the driest lane I've ever seen. Not a single trace of oil on our balls or hands, and our balls hooked so badly that we often missed the pins all together. Even a Hammer Raw wouldn't work. Of course, our Emerge, Perfect Mindset, and Infinity didn't work either. Biggest waste of money for 3 games and waste of time. Appreciate the Arctic Vibe review. Maybe I should have brought one of those. Lol.
Hey Matt I have a question I hope you can help me I live here in Eastern Kentucky we don't have any what you say big time pro shops so I'm going to have to go to Louisville to get some stuffed grilled I have a couple of new balls by hammer and track somebody told me to go to Mike Wolfe's pro shop how good is the shop when it comes to drilling bowling balls
I shot lights out with the Ocean Vibe for about a month, and then it just died. Baking doesn’t seem to do much for the equipment today. So now I’m weary about getting another Vibe, even though they’ve been the drier house shot ball king for a long time.
I haven't been bowling much this summer as I am using the time to heal my old beat up body. I just got the Rattler NU so I'm curious to see what it does. Are you going to do a video review for that one?
A lefty, with slower ball speed and less rotation, I used this ball for the first time in league this week. Longer pattern than THS. Playing straighter down 2nd arrow, ball went longer than expected. Would you expect me to lose backend reaction if I hit it with 1500 or 2000? I also would be interested to see you throw in on a fresh pattern with more oil. Thanks!
Rolled the highest game and series of my life in the last year with this ball - Aged 65 - Full Roller throwing 20-- 10. 298 during my league championship and a separate 758 Series on another night.
they gave been shutting down lefties in tourneys for years , bowled in many 2 day weekend tourneys where l would score well and on sunday was shut down. no they didnt, typical right handers piss and moan about bowling against a lefty been hearing for 40 yrs bowling and have used that very successfully in the mind game game
Where I live, bowling is popular, but smaller alleys still struggle to survive financially. I don’t know how well the larger alleys are doing but they seem to be well maintained, so I assume they are making a profit. The PBA has to do a better job at finding sponsors to pay for advertising, so more bowling tournaments will be televised. It sure would be better than 90% of the crap programming that’s televised lately.
Big alleys by me in WI are junk now costs to much to keep 80+ lanes up and running. Leagues are WAY down in numbers and no one really goes to alleys in the summer time so alleys lose alot of money just being open..... smaller alleys here are way better and more maintained with 8-10 lanes.
