Thank you very much, I have been at it indeed since 2006 (I think 2005 on Google Videos? That service has been suspended for ages). And I appreciate your comment a lot, it is great to hear that people have been following me for so long, and that the effort is appreciated (although not by the algorithm ;) ). Thank you very much!
@@Sguy8888 True word spoken, for my driving profile (averaging 70.000km per year) a diesel would be perfect. Alpina D5 would be my dream car (G30 generation). But government incentives and company policies dictate decisions nowadays.
In this case did you changed the Volvo with the Audi because the lease was finished or for your personal choice? Because, if I remember correctly, the swap A180-XC40 was basically because you didn't really liked the Benz.
The lease on the XC40 was finished indeed, the leasing company required me to hand in the car. Indeed, I handed in the A180 because I wasn't crazy about it, and the XC40 was a much better offer (more car for basically the same cost).
I owned before 10 years same a8 3tdi mine was same 252 km in speedo with stock 17" tires in gps it was huge difference 237 km gps 252 speedo lol. So basicly 237km is top speed a8 3.0tdi
At last a real revie abour fuel economy and real consumption.I was wondering if now in 2024 would like someone to buy a bmw x1 what would someone choose a diesel 2.0 or a petrol 2.0 ?
Thank you for the video! I just bought a mercedes with the exact engine and I fought that I have a high fuel consumtions, comparing with all the other articles for this model. This video reasures me that this is a normal consumtion for this engine!
Hi! I was wondering if you could help me figure this out: My Volvo V40 D2 R-Design 2013 model, manual transmission has been popping up one ugly image on the display where the view from the top of the car (plan of the car) appears when the driver's door is open. This image is about the size of the car plan on the display. It flashes and disappears once it catches my attention. What could this be? The last time this happened, I did an emergency stop and reversed the car because I missed a turn in a very poorly lit road. I've searched the vehicle manual and the internet to find a possible explanation but couldn't find anything. Also you should know that whenever I do an emergency stop, the brake pedal vibrates as though the brake disks have bumps on them. Any idea what this might be? Or suggestions where I can find answers will be very appreciated. Thank you.
