Ma'm alexis 🙏, for doing said fingers to toe holds on another person. In one situation where the patient is lying supine its very difficult to reach both finger and toe together with ones hand. What was done was 2 person connected each other with their opposite hands holding each other,then the free extended hands ex. Left fingers of the first person hold the right toes of subject and the free hand of the other person which is the right fingers hold the left fingers of the the subject while all the while both person are holding each other hands.....whew..better demonstrated than described....😊

Sifu alexis 🙏 i noted that you said that the palm of the hand corresponds to the back of the foot and you brought your palm in close contact with the back of the foot. Is this necessary do we have to maintain full contact wìth each other throughout the hold? While the fingers of the free hand presses finger and toes together...do we do this sandwiching one by one on each toe-finger contact and where do we start the hold sandwich mam...on the littliest toe and thumb first then proceed.....thank you vefy much for this visual hands on presentation this is the first time i have seen this performed 😊😊😊

Mary Burmeister is said to have given the Reversing and Increasing of 4th Depth during every session! I love it for the muscles, and for any type of anxiety/fear, stress in general. The association with Kidney/Bladder, make this so wonder for our legs, back/spine, the neck and so much more. I also have to say how wonderful your videos and books are!
