you are doing your burpees barefoot, this is why you slide your feet on the floor or it's because you don't wanna make noise for the neighboors ? lol serious question btw it's just that i see that your feet slide after the push up instead of that mini jump to get back into initial position
@AlexA-xy8ss hmm, sometimes my feet slid, sometimes they're just really close to the ground. What I do remember I was doing differently in this workout was jumping into the pushup much quicker than i usually do, it's easier that way, and I wanted an easier workout because ive been sick.... but yeah with the feet not too sure. @@iainmunro7246 It does. And that's probably the only thing I dislike about my workout, I prefer feeling lean, not bulky. I was eating pretty clean when I developed this workout, and felt I gained weight (probably a lot of it water weight, but also a big hit to the legs) in the beginning. The 20 minute workouts busy dad does are more to get you lean. Give it a go for a week and let me know, it's all about giving it a go.
