Just found this and I've been struggling with knuckle bruising and pain for a couple weeks. Tried this out at a boxing session last night and it saved me. Knuckle feels the best it has post-workout. Thanks coach!

You need me coach I think I'm a good home grown coach based off of years of observation. Not all of these books mark coaches, who's never fought never lost and never had dreams of being like Joe Lewis. I have a system very connected and close to the usa training system, that's why I love to and can't wait to complete all of your color coordinated classes I'm waiting on the silver please count me in on the next one. It's like when I'm studying the book of God I'm not learning anything new I'm being assured and remind. It makes what I already know more sense. I think you guys need me and I need you guys because my experience since the age of like 14 has allowed me to teach train anyone at the speed that they believe and trust in me this great art of boxing.
