I just got a scale and I will be listening to this every day. SW: 164lbs GW: 140lbs UGW: 125lbs Height: 5’7 Day 1: feeling slimmer but I can’t weigh myself today. I ate a little over 2k calories which is a lot but it’s bc I timed everything wrong Day 2: Looking slimmer in the mirror even though I ate so much yesterday. My scale comes today so i’ll update my weight at the top. Day 3: I am 163.2 lbs. I hit 17k steps today and so far I definitely overate Day 4: I am 164.5 lbs because of how much I ate yesterday :( Day 5: 164.4 lost 0.1 lbs. Better than nothing Day 6: 162.8 lost quite a bit👀👀 I feel like I ate a pretty normal amount of food but I did do a lot of cardio today

this subliminal is too powerful, havent seen the wl results but i fell asleep listening to this and slipped into a different dimension and i was lucid dreaming. wont go into detail but it was my life, just different and i literally felt like i was stuck in a different dimension
im inlove with takis and hot cheetos but eating 2 big bags of those alone will make u gain a whole pound and im already trying to loose an unreasonable amount of weight in the next 1-2 months before schools start so will this make you eat without gaining weight or just completely take away ur appetite?
when people do this, it really gets on my nerves, but i guess ill try it out because i think people actually do some progress with doing this?! For each like, i’ll do x10 situps, x10 crunches and any oyher excersize you may comment, plus try to lengthen my plank record ( 2.5 minutes currently :( ), and listen to this twice. I am 13, 46 kilogrammes and 156. According to doctors, i wont get taller and ill max be 163 with certain excersizes. Motivate me to get to 40 and stay there for a while pleasee :D (im also trying to get motivation and have a glowup before the next school year! 😻)
