The soonest one will be completely finished is around November. There’s not a completed transitional in the entire city right now. Happy to keep in touch and even show you what construction is looking like for the one in Pomona that will be done soon.

It’s definitely a trend I’ve been noticing with these new home builds. Once inside the home insulation materials used are great, but I agree way to close to each other. 😏
Not everyone’s cup of tea, and very common in these larger master-planned communities for sure. First America Homes has some nice builds in Conroe on half-acre to acre lots that are really ideal for people that don’t want to be right on top of their neighbors.
@@brittanyinnshoustonrealestate I don't think it's anyone's cup of tea. It is what we have been forced into. Name one person who said, "I want to see into my neighbor's kitchen while I grill on my back porch." I've watched developers in San Antonio squeeze every sq. Inch out of the land, putting these types of homes on top of each other and not even expanding the two-lane roads, causing major issues and backups. This may be the “cup of tea for the Californians.” however, it's a hard pass for many of us. I make over 150k a year, although your plans are spacious and nicely done. I would never pay the exorbitant price of what you offer to be “on top” of my neighbor. Thank you for writing back.
Totally get that. Where some of the smaller lot sizes used to be on 7,000-8,000 SQFT over here, we are now seeing 5,000 and 6,000 SQFT lot sizes. And thank you for watching!
And this year’s pricing is expected to be lower than next year. Location can make a big difference. Same house is less expensive in one area over another

“Starts” at 379k, only one house is that price on the realty website. 3b/2ba 1586 sqft. On what appears to be a sliver of land. Texas also has the highest land tax/property tax in the nation. Oof times are rough in America nowadays, huh?
Pricing isn’t updated on the website for every floorplan. And yep, most communities being built are like you see them here as far lot size and proximity to other houses. We are starting to get some really nice communities featuring acreage lots here.

Mid $500K price point for this plan. They don’t have it on the south side of Houston. Other builders have it for mid $400K on the south side, or you could get creative turning an extra bedroom or study into a gameroom area for less
Excellent house, good job showing it. Fair to clarify with this house, it has all the customizations, options, additions or alternatives, and all of this has an additional cost above the original value of the house. Toll Brothers offers many customizations and those who buy should know this, because it implies a high additional budget for them, which will not always be recognized in the value of the sale of the house. I mention that because I had this kind of house.
