I am in this season. Rediscovering myself. Turning 40 in a few months and I want to go into this next journey without all that my 30’s came with. I’m still rediscovering myself after having my daughter. I know my desires and I see the vision, I am just working towards implementing it all. Building foundation from the bottom internally and externally while keeping a focus on joy and health.

It’s just hair, we are free to explore and try new styles as we please - I love my hair and shortly after this video I chopped it off and let grow natural for years, I’m not in bondage with my hair it will grow back, just enjoying it! Hope you can find love with your own hair too!

@@bellatrixe6196 mmmm yeah I’ve dyed my hair from black before, it’s hard to lift black dye - not impossible but you’d have to strip the black dye first or you will have hot roots and the shaft of your hair will probably stay dark
Im ready to join in on the challenge. I’m going to release my hold on doom scrolling and not enought time studying to drive, painting, and putting extra time and energy into my homework, and lastly not being consistent with my excerise routine. I think doing this each month would be a good idea for myself to have myself more productive.
