Oh man, this rendition makes me respect just how much Liam brought to Oasis 10x more. I love Noel but this has none of the raw attitude & swagger only Liam can bring.
Noel's voice is beautiful, but Liam's voice is distinctive, unlike any other voice, and this sound, along with Noel's loud, full, and heavy guitar sound, has the value of Oasis as something exceptional that will not be repeated
You’re right. Noel is a wonderful singer, but there are many out there who sound a lot like him. Nobody sounds like Liam except when trying to imitate him. He is as unique as a Robert Smith or Morrissey.
Liam couldnt hold the band hostage by refusing to sing,noel would just take on vocals cause HE WROTE THE SONGS,but i think this was the gig their dad showed up and spun liam out
