Thanks for your reaction. The MV sounds ok if I listen from my iPhone, but it doesn’t sound right if I listen from my TV soundbar. It sounds like from your laptop, it could be me though.
@@markiee2758 I went back and check your previous reactions and they’re the same way. Listen from iPhone, iPad is ok. Listen from Sonos Arc SL soundbar is just not the same.
XG Tapes is rap, Vox is vocal and Moves for dance. Tape #1-4 , the 4 main rappers do their thing. The 3 main vocalists in Vox. Check out their Moves series, these queens can do it all.
Unfortunately, you were frozen for most of the reaction. To learn how to pronounce their names, just listen to Tape 2 again. All 4 members say their names in their rap! The theme for Tape 2 was vampire goddess! Now show the 3 singers some love. Check them out in Vox 6, "Losing You.'
TAPE 2 GALZ XYPHER * Chotto - Japanese for Stop/Little, Motto - Japanese for Go/More. "When they see you they say Chotto, When they see me they say Motto" * Takin' no L's and giving no F's, Mmh, Mmh (never will be marked a Loser cause we winning, giving no F's meaning not that they care what haters think!) * Don’t be bitter, be better * Never miss a beat freakin' misdemeanor (legal charge for beating someone up, but tied to music beat, ref to Missy Elliott who was called misdemeanour) * Popping on them 808's (808's are 1980's rap rhythm composer equipment Roland TR-808) * Here for the throne, Khaleesi Flow (Queen, Game of Thrones) * I got to keep winning like an Elon Must (Musk) * We on the come up, While they goin' down, down bad (call out to Down Bad, OG beat Maya is rapping over) * Cocona's low tone is absolute perfect; add Harvey's unique/real voice for some pure "Umami" taste; Maya's authentic/fast speed/clarity and top it off with Jurin's leader aura! * Good rap followup to this one is "”Woke Up”, and “Show You Can" soundtrack for Street Women Fighter 2 (dance competition show in Korea) with Maya/Cocona - Duke
Harvey in her bag in tape 1 bodies it! Cocoana on tape 2 is grimy, almost reminds me of a Scarface flow. Maya is always fire, probably the most technical rapper of them all. Kind like Em or Tom Mac. Jurin, so versatile, can do anything… a real Boss ! Harvey my bias tho, she is so cute and savage at the same time
Just cause the girls are asian doesn’t mean they are korean or fall under kpop. Those girls are japanese, putting them under that box when koreans don’t really like them already is not it. And what the heck is “korean english” 😀
These girls are different. I hope they are bringing in a new era of music that borrows from the past. Although there's something nice about them being the only ones doing it. Stay with these girls they are slowly becoming one of the biggest groups in the world. Nice reaction ✌🏾
Yup, Left Right is definitely one of the fan favorites. If you want to learn the who is who, there's a great new 2024 guide put together by momosunrise. Or ... since you didn't have these yet, the special lines, XG Tape for the rappers and XG Vox for the singers ... specifically, Tape #2 Galz Xypher and Vox #5 XGlee Club work great as introductions. The one that you liked in this video is Harvey; she actually was a professional (teen) model before she auditioned for XG. There is a third special line in addition to Tape and Vox, XG Move, which is about their dancing skills and ... well let me put it this way - Harvey shouldn't be allowed to wear heels. Not without a weapon licence anyway.
ALPHAZ on DECK! 🐺 Fun Fact: Their ending pose in this m/v have the members lined up from oldest to youngest; starting from Chisa on the right and going left to Hinata, Jurin, Harvey, Juris, Maya, and ending with Cocona.
No their English is not “ Korean English “. . . .first off, they are all Japanese .. . English is their 3rd language but when they sing, they sound like American English speakers . . Maya studied at an International School in Tokyo so she is fluent in American English . .thank you for reacting to XG and yes, they are 🔥
Their manager/producer is Simon (JAKOPS), who is a Korean/Japanese American. He was born in Seattle, WA. Chancellor, their main song writer, is a Korean American. Sienna Lalau, their main choreographer, is Samaon American. Again, XG is NOT K-pop! None of them are Korean, and they do not sing in Korean!
I think xg might have two of the biggest what it’s only that long songs in all of music lol. Everyone wanted a full x gene, and most wanted a longer trampoline.
I don't generally tell reactors how to react or complain about their reactions but my pet peev is not letting the videos play out. He missed the ending.
@@markiee2758 It's like going to a movie. Most of the time there's nothing after the credits but sometimes, there's something worth seeing. Appreciate you. ✌🏾 You'll know when XG videos are over when the pop up the XGALX
