PVP is optional on PVP servers. You will only be forced into PVP during the war, and if you are picking up chaotic stones, or by pressing and holding the P button. if you also go to engagement zones you can pvp, and if you join cargo scramble or highway pursuit. The rest you can just chill and farm.
Great guide. Only problem is the amount of space with pollution is so severely limited in game, that the vast majority of people wont be able to move their house to one because other people are already using up all the territory. And from what ive seen, each territory can only hold 4 upgraded households. Its a pretty garbage system that needs complete overhauling to be fair
