Most eastern german equipment was either scrapped or donated to other countries after German reunification. The largest part of NVA soldiers weren’t accepted by the western German military.
Found this one from a sovietwave mix. If anyone is up for the challange, can you make a loop (10 min, 30, i dont know) of 0:19-0:26? that is perhaps the chorus/main part of this peice, i would greatly appricieate
Listening to this makes me feel like I live in soviet russia, work my dream job as a scientist and don't have worry about anything. (I know this is very rose-tinted fantasy and soviet times definitely wasn't some paradise where you didn't have to worry about anything, but this is just the vibes this song gives me.)
This song reminds me of my trip to Bulgaria, my first trip abroad ever. We walked the old part of the city of Bansko, where regular people live with no tourists around. You could still see fragments of the Eastern Bloc no matter how many years have passed.
Its like uhhm built for ppl who were scared of death at a young age and slowely progressing through life and trying to make the best of it before the chord is cut loose
