I love the regular peppermint mocha creamer but haven't used it in a while. Will be getting sugar-free this winter and looking for white chocolate as well because that is also one of my two favorites at Starbucks (my other favorite is peppermint latte).
Hi Jess! Oldies subbie here was off social a huge while whilst I was working night shift. You look fantastic! Always a super best channel always! Are you still in the school system.? You are still fabulous and Im so glad to be on your channel again!!!!!!!🎉🎉🎉
I’m struggling with my inner voice 😂 I was doing so good but then when I told myself I couldn’t eat until 11 I would convince myself I was starving. But the last couple of days I’ve been doing good. I do feel better doing IF. Do you do it? If so, what keeps you motivated???
@JourneytoHealthy I totally get that! 🤭 I have never tried it. Unfortunately, I have weird blood sugar. I joke that I have the metabolism of a humming bird! Just wish I was as cute as one 😄
LOL - that is so funny. It was supposed to be Thyme - the chives and thyme were right next to each other. Well it tasted really good with the chives _ HAHAHAHA
That creamy chicken soup and the spicy McChicken sandwich patties look super good! I printed out those recipes and plan to make them this week. Thank you, great meal prep!
The soup looks amazing. How was the flavor? I just made the pork lo mien WW feature recipe and it was soo good and easy. My husband loves it. Have you tried any WW featured recipes lately?

I tried the chickpea orzo....I was not a fan, so you'll probably like it knowing how we are opposites so much of the time. 😁 I was just thinking about your chicken patties yesterday! They are so good. I bought a single cup noodles yesterday because I, too have a hankering for ramen right now. Heading to Costco when they open...hoping to find something good there. Haven't been there in 2 months.
I WISH I could ride my bike that long! It hurts my butt! Next video, could you show us the seat you have? I bought a gel cushioned one but it doesn’t really help. 😢
I also was not a fan of that Asian Sesame dressing from Skinny Girl. I didn't like the Poppyseed one, either. I love the idea of adding coleslaw mix to the kale. Nice textures.
I don't like any of the skinny girl salad dressings What I do instead of pouring on top of my salad dressing I put it on the side dip each forkful into the side of dressing lot of times I don't dip each bite I measure out 1 tablespoon of dressing and maybe use a quarter of what I put on the side I didn't gravy for biscuits and sauces for spaghetti the same way except I give myself more of gravy and pasta sauce
I am also in perimenopause and was intermittent fasting sometimes. I’ve also done WW for about 20 years on and off. I started seeing a dietitian and she raised my calories. She also didn’t love me doing intermittent fasting because it was so hard for me to get in enough. And I really do miss eating or having protein coffee most days in the morning.
Oh I'm so glad you did a Costco haul! I need to go next week and this gives me some ideas. I have been looking for a new cardigan so I just popped over to Costco online and ordered the same one you got, but in the cream color. I hope it fits right...being as short as I am and as fluffy as I am in this moment, who knows! But it sure is cute and what a great price. We are also fans of the Downy beads....even though I have heard they are not good for our washing machines. We love the April Fresh scent.
I tried a pumpkin spice latte recipe, it was 1 1/2 cups water, 1 cup sweetener, pumpkin pie spice, I put 2 tablespoons, and a 1/4 cup pumpkin, let it simmer 20 minutes, the sweetness was just right. I think you just needed more water in your recipe. My recipe yields about 6 servings, so it made it worth all the work 😅 I love your videos!!!
Hi! Thank you for sharing this recipe. I made it this morning and definitely enjoyed it in my coffee. I have the rest in the fridge to enjoy for the rest of the week.😊
If you have the Starbucks App, you can pretty much create whatever kind of drink you want. The cost can be surprising, though, so be aware of that. I would like to know about your cute ice cubes! Is that from an ice cube tray or do you have a fancy ice machine? I used to love the Think Keto peanut butter pie bars. How was the smoked butterscotch coffee? Probably unpopular opinion, but after working with a couple registered dieticians, I've learned (and it's true for me), that fasting trains you to ignore your hunger cues and then eventually you just lose those cues, which sounds like what you are trying to say. People with high cortisol (and particularly women) often have low or zero hunger in the morning and to help combat that, eating within an hour of waking can be helpful. There are also studies that show that women who skip breakfast have more hormonal fluctuations. And then of course there are studies that show the opposite of everything I just said. I think it's important for us to try various things and see what works for our particular bodies.
@@Ginger_Lily Those cubes are from ice cube trays. I’ll send you a link! My ice maker on my fridge quit like 2 years ago and I’m not spending the money to fix it 😂 I absolutely loved the butterscotch coffee. I did let it sit a bit longer than 12 hours so it had a strong flavor. I’ve also heard so many different opinions on fasting. Right now I’m just feeling a bit lost when it comes to my goals. I need something to motivate me!!
