I would argue alot of the appeal of Trap is how much focus you need during the entire round. Scores are all higher than Skeet and Sporting Clays, which means if you lose focus for 1 minute, you're toast.
Speaking of getting more females into outdoors and hunting I sell crossbow accessories and very often I get orders from girls but idk if they are shopping for themselves 🤷♂️. I took my crossbow turkey hunting this year but I didn’t get a shot :(

great success. if you want too. just south of Sundre, Alberta in the Bergan grazing lease. is loaded with cougars. my buddy, buddies smoked a 300 to 400 pound cat, the head was big as their torsos. I wouldn't know the first thing about hunting them. but season starts December first. cattle are out by October 31st. pretty sure you can find outfitters around there.
WEAR A LOT OF HEARING PROTECTION> I have a 2024 Polaris Xpedition XP 5 -- WAY TO NOISY - revs too high - apparently according to Polaris customer service - their engineering is DILIGENTLY working on a fix-- I REGRET MY PURCHASE - this is probably due to improper gearing (too LOW) I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS MACHINE AT ALL - Please note that there have been HUNDREDS of complaints about this problem and POLARIS is dragging their feet - PS - I have added sound barrier to area behind and under the seats and on the firewall in the engine bay - this helped the noise a bit but the HIGH revs are UNPLEASANT to say the least - OK if you have earplugs or you are hard of hearing - otherwise PASS PS I traded in my 2021 Polaris General and regret it - also the ADV is even nosier that the one with the dump box PS - you have to take off the rear skid plate to get at the oil filter - ridiculous
