Great video and fix! Of course you're always going to have the people that find something to criticize you about for selflessly trying to help others. I'm talking about the people complaining about the no light situation. Of course that has everything to do with common sense and the lack there of in this country. You dimmed the lights as to make it easier to see the part you were working on which worked fantastic in my humble opinion. Anyway, thanks again!
To anyone replacing the touch screen. Once you get to 2.38 just leave the part you have just unscrewed connected to the wiring (it will lay over out of the way) then remove the 3-4 screws holding the metal plate that serves as the backing for the touch screen from the front range cover "console" and replace the touch pad. Absolutely no need to go to all the trouble of removing the entire console assembly as shown in the vid. This will save you lots of time and effort and make the job easy to do with just a standard #2 phillips screwdriver.
Thank you Sir it worked exactly how you explained it. I used a pick to lift up tabs on ribbon connector, and removed the connector so I can swipe eraser freely from end to end.
So I did the impeller thing right (2nd time) but this time it now won’t seem to start. I hear it running but sounds stuck almost. No code. Just had standing water
Thank you Rey much for your video. I was stuck with a replacement igniter that had a different metal cage and mounting point, swapping the old one onto the new ceramic piece really saved the day for me!! Needless to say I immediately became your newest subscriber 😀 Thanks again
My SAMSUNG microwave stopped working. It is turning on, plate is turning and light will come on but the *time won't move*, and food won't heat. Any idea what this could be? Thanks!
The power went out here because of a thunderstorm and I couldn’t unlock the washer door after the power came back on.Thanks to you, problem solved. Gracias!
I had the same issue within two weeks of buying a ge fridge. I took it apart after watching all the you tube videos and read the manual. Two things: my first problem was the leveling of the fridge. The manual clearly says the fridge needs to tilted about 10-15 degree backwards for the condensation to drain properly. Although I had it professionally installed the installers never did this. The fridge comes with leveling feet at the front. You have to raise the front of the fridge by turning those feet to make it higher so it is slightly tilted backwards. In my case leveling the feet was not enough since our kitchen floor is slightly sloped inward. I had to put some wedges underneath the feet to make it tilting backwards. The second problem was the drip tube as the maker of this video pointed out. My drip tube is “J” shaped and comes with a lot of gooey stuff to hold it in place from the manufacturer which eventually gets clogged. I cleaned up all that gooey stuff and put a wedge underneath to hold it in place (probably didn’t have to). Problem solved. No issues for a year so far.
I have this oven (lg branding LRG3095ST) and am struggling to figure out an intermittent f11 no heat error that sometimes occurs while the oven is running OR sometimes occurs if you try to restart the oven if it is hot from a previous use OR very infrequently will fault at cold start. Both igniters test properly for resistance and draw, the gas safety valve test properly, temperature sensor tests properly for the ambient temp at time of test, the onboard diagnostic function appears to tests correctly, and the control board has no visible damage under 10X magnification. I'm not a service tech, but am fairly handy, however I'm at a loss on where to go from here. is there any advice on next steps?
My model is a bit newer. Have to remove the back panel to get to the coin trap. Worked the first time I have a major draining issue. Newer problem. The machine does not seem to fully spin/dry the clothes. Clothes remain pretty wet after finishing. Checked the coin trap - nothing there. Nothing is visible inside the tub at the seems (once found severl pieces of thin plastic caught in the seems. Next step?
Great video. Thank you. Very helpful. The rotation check was an excellent tip, saved me from a possible rework. I was surprised to find I had no screws holding my front panel on.
Hello Scott, so my dad and I did your exact steps and we reassembled everything back to place. So now it turns on but when we hit Start, it doesn’t do anything besides beep 3 times. Any suggestions on what we need to do?

This video worked perfectly for me. I am not a DIY guy, but this was relatively easy to follow - even for me. My dryer isn't stacked on my washer, but this way to changing out the drain pump was way easier than another video I watched that had me taking off the top, the front, and the hoses just to get to the pump! This way, I just had to tip it back, take off the small cover, and remove a few screws to get to it. Thank you very much!
Is there felt on the bottom of the drum as well? My large gap is on the bottom side and it spins stuff up to the top to get stuck where you replaced the felt.
Good video. I've advised others to try replacing the ignitor but in every case was met with resistance because of what the code implies. The local appliance repair usually suggest replacing the computer. Go figure.
