Emerging from the Pacific Northwest, over the past decade Jenny Don’t and the Spurs have built a reputation as hardworking and musically-driven stalwarts of the Country Western scene. With a fierce DIY ethos, they've independently released the majority of their 13 albums and singles on their own label, cultivating a vast international following through extensive tours across Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and performances in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Mexico. In 2021, the band garnered attention with their album Fire On The Ridge, a collaboration with Fluff and Gravy records that topped the Alt Country charts. Jenny Don’t and the Spurs remain committed to pursuing their passion with their upcoming release Broken Hearted Blue, slated to debut on June 14th, 2024, via Fluff and Gravy records.
saw yall tonight. wow wow wow. jenny is such an inspiration to me. im from oregon, im a aspiring musican, and she is just so inspiring to me. thank you for being you!
I was in a room in Australia with supposed Country music fans (which I was the odd one out, being more heavy rock) and this clip came on. Everyone else was not particularly complimentary. I however, was completely mesmerized, this is great, I absolutely loved it. A Brett Elderidge special played straight after and they swooned over him, he was so corporate and everything that I dislike about American Country music. Jenny and the Spurs give me hope that there is a real heart over there for great music, country or otherwise.
This is a great vid, well done!! Jenny was cleaning up the turtle at the end, so I assume he did not have his own makeup crew :) BTW, I just got the Broken Hearted Blue LP in the mail yesterday (from the pre-order). Its awesome!!!
Dear Jenny, thank you for this great song. Unlucky Love was presented on May 2, 2024 by Peter Urban on his radio show on the North German broadcaster NDR2. Since then, I have probably heard this song more than 30 times. I love this song. The album will of course be purchased on June 14th. Many greetings from Germany to Portland, Oregon
OMG - this song is absolutely fabulous and my new all-time favourite! The tune is so catchy and the video production is first class. I am going to ring one of the radio stations I listen to here in Sydney and point them to this music clip in hopes they might give the song some air play. I read that you guys had been in Australia last year. I wish I had known about it as I would have loved to have attended a few of your concerts. Is there any chance that you might be returning down under at some point? I sure hope so! I am looking forward to your new album dropping on 14 June.
