Railbookers made a simple mistake and booked train tickets for the wrong month (April instead of May). This meant that the tickets were invalid - we were told to get out of our seat and fined by the guard. We then realised that 2 other tickets had also been booked for the wrong month by Railbookers - It prove impossible to get through to the office (holding twice for 15 minutes) We have now been back for over a month and the issue has not been resolved.. their automated reply to a complaint was that it would take between 30 and 60 days to resolve - Absolutely dreadful service - We have asked numerous times to talk to a supervisor and had no joy at all. Would someone please make contact ASAP - We have now resorted to claim the funds back from the credit card due to breach of contract.

Economy class has access to only the first dome car at the front of the train. No access to the dining car as take out a la carte meal service in the first dome car
