Would it be alright with you mate to use this clip in an educational video on my main channel DCtv? Credit, and name on the screen, as always will be provided. Look forward to your response.Which dashcam do you use?
Hi Tugrik d'Itichi, I want to ask your permission If I can feature this video "Highway 87 accident" in an education compilation with credit back to you? Best regards - MegaDrivingSchool
I am still a student skydiver and have not got my solo licence yet. Some day I will be skydiving into the Burning Man camp with some of my skydiving friends at are drop zone that have already skydived into the Burning Man. Blue skies to all you skydivers out there.
I am not an electrician so I am somewhat challenged by this. I bought this unit and I’m going to install it but I’m having a hard time figuring out how you connect your accessories. With four red power wires and one black terminal, how can I connect positive and negative to eat accessory with only one black wire?
Thanks! I ride a GL1800C Valk (and just bought a K1600B). I saw something hinky might happen ahead, but I didn't leave my lane early because I was going to take the next right-hand ramp right after the one they were all exiting at (only 1/8th of a mile further). Instead of altering my speed I left-checked to make sure I had a safe exit (motorcyclist habit, always have an exit path!) and seeing it was clear, continued on. When the hard-braking ahead of me began my natural reaction was to redirect into the safe exit and get out of the way instead of slamming on the brakes -- better to slide past and out of danger than to emergency brake and get caught in a sandwich (another motorcycling tactic). Watching the rear-cam video once I got to my destination proved that was the wise choice; other cars were involved in the clink-up behind me once I was past. It's often safer to redirect and keep your speed even instead of drastically change velocity. If you were smart and knew your safe exits, get out of the danger pocket! That way you have 100% of your traction for changing your path instead of using it all up trying to slow down or speed up. This near miss happened in my Kia Soul EV which doesn't have a ton of traction on its wee little low-rolling-resistance EV tires, making this choice even more important. This is why I try to convince all my friends to take an MSF course even if they're not sure they want to ride motorcycles. Everybody needs to learn about traction, tactics, exits and awareness. Learning motorcycle safety techniques is a huge benefit to all vehicle users, be they on car, bicycle or motorcycle.
Wow Tugrik, *INSANE* footage my man! Awesome reaction time. Glad you weren't involved in that fiasco. Would it be alright with you if I use this clip in my upcoming educational compilation on my main channel DDS TV 2 (with over 50K subscribers)? Credit, links in the description, and name on screen, as always will be provided, so you benefit as well of course. :) Look forward to your response, thanks for your time buddy!
I have been looking for this type mixing. Would you mind showing me the steps in this mixing? I am particularly interested in the flaps and elevator mixing. I would really appreciate the help. Thanks.
I'm from Washington state and back in the '80's every summer for about 8 or 9 years i'd go to Los Gatos to stay with my aunt and uncle who lived on Kennedy drive off of Shannon rd. This brings back memories. What a cool place.
Hi Tugrik - great footage. I am with CBS News. We're putting together a short piece ahead of this year's festival. Would it be possible to use some of your footage if we give you an on-screen credit?
Gladly! Just use "Tugrik" as credit. If you want direct confirmation drop me a line at tugrik at gmail dot com. :) I'd love to see this get more airplay!
