Yes you can if you are a master. The way the powergate works is that you have a powergate manager within your Alientech Dashboard. When the powergate reads the car it uploads the file into the dashboard via the cloud and then you can download to put into any file writing software to make the changes. Hi, 200cell high flow performance cats allow the engine to breathe more freely. Depending on the engine they will often gain noticeably in the mid range and towards the top end by as much as 20hp and 20ftlbs of torque in may cases.
Yes, this allows you to tune your own vehicle. when you purchase this from Viezu you simply download a copy of your vehicles ECU data which is then uploaded to us. Our Technical Team will then make modify your file to the tuning level you request and upload it back to your Powergate app. Then you simply upload it back to your car. It's a very easy to use tuning tool and puts the power of tuning in your hand.
The Kessv2 is no longer sold from new as it has been replaced by the Kess3. The Mazda RX-8 is available to read and dependant on the activation of the equipment depicts whether you can make amendments yourself or not. The slave versions read the ECU but the file produced is encoded and you would need to send to the master you are linked with to make the changes. A master version produces an open file and you can then use additional 3rd party tuning software to edit the file and make the necessary changes. I got the powergate 4 from Stevenson tuning with the level 2 access tune. I am a little confused about waiting for the stock file while it’s under evaluation, will it hurt anything if I do not wait until I receive my stock file back and just continue the writing process ?

My car is a P450 (24MY) can I still have the mods that take it to the higher BHP figures that you get with the 575 ps model ? Does the P450 engine have. The same hardware and can be modified to the same level as if was a “R”

The gearbox is fine for this type of power, we have tuned many hundreds now and covered many thousands of miles in testing, we have never ever seen a single issue with the gearbox related to tuning. Wheels would fit an XJ too
How much of an increase in horsepower and torque was there. I am deaf !!!! This is around 6% or 7.5% less. I am looking for something like this for my xjr x351 5.0 sc

Hi @crisfher, we have training videos on how to use the tuning tools on our training site remap101.co.uk and for detailed instructions of a specific ECU inside of the KSuite software you have commented on above, you simply need to plug your Ktag tool into the software, select the matching ECU in the application list and you will be able to see the connection instructions. How do you mean? If you want to programme the powergate yourself you will need a Kess3 master to act as the decoder otherwise you can use as a self tuning device and Viezu will provide the file.

Essentially when you had the option of the stock file and the tuned file you would have the other three files there if provided/required. They are stored in the dashboard for the unit and you can then choose which one to load to the vehicle. Hope that helps.
Most masters will have a process for submitting files, with instructions on how and where to send and what information they require, each master is individual in how they do this, so for the sake of this video we have focussed on how the tool its self works - you can see more here viezu.com/powergate/
Powergate 4 does not have a decoder, as a master you have your own master account online, where you can manage your devices and coding, the old PG3 decoder is not required, though can of course still be used with the PG3 units you have. viezu.com/powergate/
