Happy belated birthday, Adam! 🎉 The heatwave here in Ontario Canada has finally broken so I can get back into cooking. I’m watching/listening to this video while I make gluten-free flatbread to make soft tacos. I 💯 agree with the point of your video being relatable recipes. I appreciate so much finding your channel last year! ❤

Until it's cold and dried out. It should easily crumble in the hands. It doesn't necessarily mean you need to leave it overnight, just that overnight means you can forget about it until the next day. A couple of hours in the fridge should be ok though

Can you come up with any meals that incorporate canned spaghetti? I love canned spaghetti my sons not so much but I thought if a meal could be made of it to make it more filling that would be ideal...just to save money
My spaghett bog....onion; mince meat; capsicum (pepper); fresh chilli; garlic (grated); passata sauce and mixed frozen vegies....topped with any grated cheese....basic but filling and tasty

Actually not a disaster, as you were two-thirds there and you admitted beforehand your pan was a bit ropey. Fair play for posting this, though. I'm still going to try that as it looked tiptop.
Re your grass seed.... mix it with flaked wallpaper paste and soil, then stick the mixture into one of those big plastic flowerpots with holes in the bottom, shake it where you want the seed to go and then water straight away. Why the wallpaper paste? 1) it usually contains fungicide which protects the seed to some extent, 2) watering afterwards ensures the seeds are stuck to the ground and won't blow away, 3) most birds don't like the taste of wallpaper paste. Water every three days or so in dry weather. You can use the same procedure for vegetable and herb seeds and it'll work. It has for me.
