Hello there. My name is Abby! Some Gal from Illinois and this is my RU-vid Channel, SantaFe669. A place where you can find various train videos that I have taken across the Northern parts of Illinois as well as Indiana and Wisconsin. Jeez, that is rare. They usually run more in the evening. At least two pass through on the Waukesha Sub: one in the early morning, and one in the late evening.
those dash9s are certainly quieter doing pull downs, but they sure needed a new coat of paint. i find it odd they didnt at least wash off 720 since it would be on display.
This is kinda sad but I’m telling everyone in other videos of the ex ATSF warbonnets that they have captured over the years even almost passed 30 years so if someone could do a fundraiser to at least save a ATSF dash 9 and a ATSF C40-8W and I know there’s already an B40-8W gong back to its original color scheme which is the Warbonnet but before time runs out on the Dash 9s and the left overs of the C40-8Ws hopefully someone or somebody or a Railfan can saved a dash 9 and a C40-8W and put it in a museum because I don’t want my 90s engines to be extinct if time runs out on them
Great to see BN-1 operating I wonder why the North Shore electric liner is still not operating I wonder how long it’s gonna take for them to fix the teething troubles it’s been having
Good to see they got those strobes working on the BN-1! That locomotive in the Pentrex “Best of 1990” video was my entire childhood and still to this day remains one of my favorite locomotives of all time.
Didn't know what the foam fest was all about yesterday ( I knew it wasnt for the 104) until I pulled into La Fox and saw that beat up ratty looking thing sitting there. Good lord paint it already.
