If pending with Sony Music, suing you for copyright or publishing infringement, than you can’t stream Sony Music content until resolved but…if you are just using the RU-vid platform link for a music video it is already embedded with the Universal ISRC worldwide codes put in from the Label, Management or Artist, so they will receive residuals every time it’s played. You can’t undo those codes filed with the FCC. If you are making an income via of RU-vid with merchandise ,you’ll need to file with RU-vid and the Labels,about that extra income and a percentage may go to the artists you play, but I highly doubt you make that much.
