The illiterate are loosing bank balance on blocking their card transactions and not being given information . This is reg Union Bank of India , Delhi branch . The dept to look into grievance of account holders deemed to be provided does not exist. On approaching theconsumer forum the application is filed by citizens. They approach for help . The purpose of giving protection to consumer specially in online frauds even after getting it regd with the cyber police is not looked into. How does the Consumer Act claim to protect consumer rights. Bank account by blocking online transactions and then not acting on third party hacking the account even on complaint within 30 minutes of the mishap stop payment request by account holder is not adhered to. Others on intervening are not divulged information as per bank rules. Hence this is a scam in which banks hv siphoned off card holders entire saving of 25,000/- . On filing application by complainant written by a citizen has not yet been proceeded with at the southdelhi consumer protection cell . How do we claim that consumer law enforcement d for welfare of citizens . What is the remedy for persons like Bharat who is a Gardner in southdelhi whose card is blocked and account not stopped in reporting within minutes of receipt of sms . It was unblocked for a small amount and then the entire amount. Cyber police ought to take suo motu action registering the complaint . One year has passed no action or reply from bank . How do we make it effective. The common man has no hope in recovering losses through the consumer forum situated at inconvenient third floors .
