hard-core triumphalism moving of the embassy to j'lem did nothing to make a single jew living there one iota safer was the greatest squandering of political capital since Barak Obama gave lip-service to the "Arab Spring" while trading in stability for feel-good liberalism
Time to be saved is short, now is the day of salvation, tomorrow could be forever too late. "The fool hath said in his heart, There is no God." Psalms 14:1. "And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment." Hebrews 9:27. "And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire." Revelation 20:15. "For there is not a just man upon earth, that doeth good, and sinneth not." Ecclesiastes 7:20. "As it is written, There is none righteous, no, not one" Romans 3:10. "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God." Romans 3:23. We must be brought to true repentance in salvation, coming to the knowledge of the truth that we are not good, but ungodly, guilty, hell deserving sinners, who are totally lost and ruined in our sins before a Holy and righteous God, and powerless to save ourselves. We must see we cannot be saved by any works or doings of our own, and trust only in the person of the Lord Jesus Christ, (God manifest in the flesh) His atoning blood/finished work of the cross to save. "Look unto me, and be ye saved, all the ends of the earth: for I am God, and there is none else." Isaiah 45:22. "what must I do to be saved? Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and thou shalt be saved." Acts 16:30-31. "I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you: For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures." 1 Corinthians 15:1,3-4. "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation." Romans 10:9-10. If truly saved there will be the bearing of good fruit in thought, word and deed of being changed by God. Saved not only from the eternal penalty of our sin but it's habitual power, being made a new creature in Christ who desires Holy worship to a Holy God in Spirit and in truth. Seeking to grow in grace and in the truth of God's Holy Word, conforming more to Christ and His Word and not to this world. "Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new." 2 Corinthians 5:17. “Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world” Titus 2:12.

When you attempt to answer a question like what is the purpose of the Bible, there are many different directions you can go in. The Bible can be seen as an historical book because it is filled with history. It can also be seen as an instructional book. Some have even coined an acronym about the Bible, Basic Instructions Before Leaving Earth. I think the best way to sum up the purpose of the Bible is to recognize that it is a book of revelation or a book that reveals. When you understand what the Bible reveals, you will understand what the purpose of the Bible is. Here are my 5 take-aways; 1 - Who is God 2 - Who am I and how did I get here 3 - God's plan for the purpose of redemption 4 - How I should live 5 - What happens when this life is over Baruch Hashem Adonai! Amen! 🕎✝️ .
Jerusalem belongs to Palestinians, and Muslims, Period. If Israel wants to continue rewriting state lines the Red Sea will be their final resting place.
