New to 53 bank like a week sorry, my Zelle Enrolled Contact Methods only show my email and when I chat ask us Jeanie Add Mobile Number it say It seems you already have this number saved. But still my number still don’t have a Zelle small icon in send money
Just stopped by for a laugh. This feature worked for a few months. Never worked for years before that, and hasn't worked for years since. No matter how much you update, uninstall, reinstall, and update again. And the help/support section is just as worthless if not more so I have to drive to the bank every time I get any checks regardless of how many decades I've been a customer 🤬
Ok, so I finally called support and it turns out my "device" is not compatible (Serrano 3 by Hot Pepper) I guess you have to have a certain type or quality of cell phone to use this feature. Hard to believe that in 2024 go figure 🥴

About to pull my money out and get an account somewhere else. Every other major bank offers locking feature on their debit cards. Why they protect their money but not allow us to protect ours is crazy.
