VoIP setup correctly with DR avoids any issues with power cuts or any type of failure. Even with traditional PSTN on premise systems, if there is no mitigation in place for a power cut the end result is the same - no service. If your phone doesn't have the Plantronics setting (ie. something different I forget what the customer said it was) for the third option if you still pick that third option the headset will work
If you are using a hosted platform like the Gamma Horizon you cannot do this yourself unless you have full admin credentials. it really depends on what platform you are using. please contact your system admin or service provider as they would have to do that for you.
Hi Cindy. You can remove the speed dials or any service code that you may have set by following the same procedure, but after you press the key you would to program/deprogram you would enter "000" you would then hear the low tone to confirm that all settings have been removed from this key.
