if it wasnt for 24 then this would take its place best for num 1 TV crime drama/thriller ever made ... there pretty fucking stupid on what there talking about!
Wow She mispronounced "biopic" and forgot Esai Morales name and COMPLETELY RUINED Carlos Santana's name... Just in the first minute of this interview. 😂😮
Cringe interviewer, but a great blast to the past and 3 incredibly great actors. I still cry when I watch La Bamba. The story hits close to home for me because I was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley and LA too. Strangely enough, I met Ritchie Valens’ father’s cousin at karaoke on the actual anniversary of the day that plane crashed about 5 years ago… It happens to be the birthday of a friend of mine. We went to sing karaoke at a Mexican restaurant we love in Huntington Beach and a man approached me to compliment my singing! After he walked away, the VJ told me who he was. How ironic that it was the anniversary on that very day and I’d been posting Ritchie Valens songs and articles about “The Day The Music Died” just hours before I would meet a family member of his. I talked a bit to him. He didn’t realize it was the anniversary of that fateful crash that changed the music industry forever and broke a lot of hearts. RIP to Elizabeth Pena. I was very saddened to hear of her untimely passing in 2014. She was a brilliant actress and she and my mother were both born in 1959. Life is so very fragile. 🌹
elizabeth pena looks so healthy here. i think it was shortly before she died. her health must have went down hill fast. RIP la bamba is a cult classic that every generation should see.
About the interviewer, how is it she was a “huge fan of all of you“ but can’t pronounce the first or last name of the actor sitting closest to her. Boggles my mind but I guess this was some kind of college video film review program. It reminds me that some of the greatest people in filmmaking never went to film school
Wow, terrible interviewer. “I’m a huge fan of all of you!” she says as she struggles to pronounce Esai Morales’ name. The actors and the movie deserve so much better.
This white woman is so embarrassing. “Santero”?? I think she meant Santana. NONE of these actors are “Chicanos”. Esai is Puerto Rican! Elizabeth is Cuban. And Lou is mixed with a bunch of stuff that isn’t Mexican! He’s not remotely Latino 🙄🙄🙄
