This happened to a lady my wife knew. She was a single mom. Her older son was a sociopath and a pathological liar. He several times falsely accused men in his mom's life of SAing him. Every time it was unfounded. So when he actually did get SAd, it was exactly like the little boy who cried wolf. Nobody believed him. Eventually the truth did come out. So much more horrible crap that kid pulled. I keep waiting to see his face on the news as an assaulter or serial killer. He was downright scary. Damaged goods from the second he was born.

Reminds me of the time i had to briefly watch my brother inlawa nephew. My brother in law is asian and i am not, and so when i was left alone with him briefly at a park he started crying a ton, i panicked a bit and was glad noone else was there because if someone saw my giant self standing over this little boy id probably be in trouble.
A family member of mine was accused of SA by another family member. He got taken to court and the whole time she was being coached into what say and ask she even laughed a couple times while in court. When it was my turn to testify on the accusations. It was written all over the judges face that this was a waist of her time and the case going to get thrown out. Oh and top it all off the dates they claim it happened in didnt even line up with the ones in the police report. Half of them didnt even make sense because the family member didnt have a car or license and the accuser lived in a different state. It back fired hard on them because they were hoping my family member would go to jail. The case was thrown oht and they got escorted out of the court house by police so they didnt start a scene

They could of just literally hired an office person to do the admin work, reports, and evaluations, and had this person be the hands on team leader that also does sales or whatever. Since the office person would have reduced responsibilities, they wouldn't need to pay as much and that extra money could of went to the team lead. Of course, companies don't think like this at all.
That's why you need to teach your kids the consequences of saying stuff like this. A lie that you think is harmless could destroy one or many people's lives. Even if they're found innocent, their life will never be the same.
