Terrible experience with them, details on the meeting point was vague and tried contacting the tour operator through their app as per their instructions to see what platform number I am meant to meet at and got no response, which led to me missing my trip. They refused to refund me despite this, so now I am currently in the middle of disputing this payment with my bank.
They are horrible! We showed up a few minutes before start of a tour and the tour guide was already gone. I tried getting my money back and they refuse. I put a dispute with my card and now they are fighting telling me about me signing a contract with them and I’m responsible for paying them or they will send me to collections.

A beautiful location. Was there in November 2022 residing in the Kelo cabin. Didn't see the northern lights but enjoyed the husky/reindeer experience. And, of course, met Santa Claus in his home! An experience of a lifetime. Highly recommendable!!
Likewise , I missed the northern lights from there , but had a chance in Alaska . I want to go back for more experiences, kakslauttanen has a new area, Utsjoki Arctic resort and can’t wait to experience it.

Your travel agent should have asked more questions to make sure this property meet your expectations. The resort is not for everyone, certainly a trip of a lifetime for some of my clients.
