new problem when smart meters are added to your building and electrical is in contact with concrete slab-many time u can find main power source of building running right through concrete slab-maybe 30 years ago prior to smart meters it may have been ok or not a problem-but with smart meter-your electrical transfers EMF to what ever its in contact with-how do you ground that emf out
