I put kelp powder in my flaxseed, green powder, MSM, cologne, and horsetail drink mix. I mix it with aloe vera juice. Thanks again and God bless!

So they'll also remember that Mama didn't give excuses...she didn't have to go to the gym yet she consistently worked out to stay healthy, to grow out healthy hair etc...and so they'll do right by themselves. Thanks for sharing so much insight on how to retain hair length. I am on the journey. My hair is responding well to the tea rinse. My hair have more body.... giving it more time to see if my new routine is retaining length as I can't say at this point. However, due to how much body my hair now has, I want to know how to generally soften the hair and maintain a soft texture. That's my concern. Can you tell me?
Do you do hot oil treatments if so when and do you do it before in a prepoo or after deep conditioner? And do you rinse after a hot oil treatment? I curious how you lock in the moisture. Do you use henna at all?

Yes, I eat a lots of these foods, but should eat more, love nuts, and at my age my skin glows like yours (late 60s). I just discovered turmeric last year and have added it to my diet. So you keep eating healthy and you will age gracefully too. Thank you beautiful woman.😊
