Dang I need this after almost accidentally totaling my mining rig. Thankfully it only destroyed the landing gear and some armor, but I don't want a repeat. Couriers from now on.
Very cool but what they never tell you is that these types of structures in survival mode eat up a lot of PCU, that PCU thing blows me away because of how stupid it is, it limits you too much.
Not understanding the set command with relation to horizontal and vertical pistons. I've tried moving them with the set command, I don't understand the "amount of movement" per step, 2, 4, 6, 8....and so on. For instance, say I set "set;12", how do I know how much that's going to move a single vertical and horizontal piston from the "home/set position"?
Would there be a way to have it automatically detect the antenna so you don't have to do the command, it detects you approaching and automatically opens the door?
Leaving this for the new ones stumbling upon this glorious piece of work If you setup a rotor at the base of the crane don't label it as part of the /Mine 01/ instead make it accessible to a custom turret controller to make it last longer by giving it the ability to swivel and dig whenever maximum depth is reached without having to dismantle or modify it, but only if you're collecting rocks to process into iron, silicon and nickel.
Man, I just started playing Space Engineers recently and I'm really, really impressed with how easy it is to mine with your script. Basically I started my game with 1 horizontal piston and 1 vertical piston having to change position from time to time and this is extremely boring and tiring. When I discovered the possibility of automating it, I wanted to play a lot more. You helped me a lot with this, thanks brother (I apologize for the English, I'm using Google Translate).

Love this, I am Building Thunderbirds 2 Plane with 5 Pods, I incorporated this into One pod, Open Roof, Stand up Mast, Hit START on the block and away it goes, Love it. I can drop these anywhere and leave them. (Pod 1 is Mobile Base, Pod 2 your Miner, Pod 3 if I can get it working just because I have a P.A.M Mining system as well, Pod 4 is a Grinder, drop it near a salvage and grind huge pieces as a time, thinking Pod 5 will be a fold-out Welding Wall.)

How do you send transmissions over using your other script? Do you think you could make a quick video on that? I know your script has instructions on that but it doesn't seem to work.
