Amazing video again. We really missed your uploads. We see a bunch of great trucks here. The oversize house transport is terrific, I think this is the first time we see a load like that in your videos. The rigs in the parking lot are immaculate. The Legends are fantastic, it's good to see them up close. The locations are cool too, just like the sounds. Thank you for the quality entertainment.
@Zsolti0NYM thanks zsolt, the 2 909s,martin's and bowen transport were only a few months old.they are a huge truck up close,it was great getting them on video.the new colour scheme on Freds transport is so much better than the old and that dark green with the lights on looks fantastic.yes that's a first wide load house at guyra but I've had a few house loads on my roma videos.but I finally got 3 decks of cattle coming up the mountain, that was special.normally cattle come through guyra earlier in the days, with work commitments I can't film early.i was happy how this video turned out
@mickmammen7168 it's a terrific spot mick, the first couple of guyra videos I did,I kept looking at that spot thinking I want to film there.i was hesitant thinking it might be dangerous parking there but I'm glad I took the plunge mate
@@dalemiller5893 seat covers, nice looking, nah not gorgeous dale..babies,women, cars, trucks, yes they all can be gorgeous.have you ever heard this saying dale, there's always one out there.if you don't know,it means a pedantic person,dickhead,wanker,f...wit etc
Great footage as always. The two old T904s are still very tidy and both sounds nice. The SAR Legend with the matching B double trailer set is fabulous and pretty shiny too. The hill climb is a big challenge for the loaded trucks. No wonder they can only achieve walking speed there. We see a lot of cool rigs here. It's good you can still go out and film these amazing machines for us. Thank you for your effort.
I love the 904s zsolt, they are one of my favourite trucks, they have a beautiful old school look and not too overdone with the bling.by saying that the SAR with the bling on her was a stunning truck.i had a close look at the martin's superliner, wow has it got some nice features on it.i want to do a video on one of them one day,you would like it.i love that hill spot,by gees it makes the trucks work hard mate
Such beautiful trucks and I really love the variety of trailers that you guys have there in Australia. Most of the trailers I get to see in Arizona, USA, are pretty mundane 53-foot (16 M) dry vans or reefers and a lot of dump trucks of some sort. The trailer at 2:09 was a new one for me. And that SAR Legend was such a beautiful combo. I'm glad you were able to get that one while it was parked. 🤠👍
@espeescotty I see a few of those trailers Scotty, they've been around 20yrs or longer.if you watch my videos roadtrains at Goondiwindi 2024 no1 to no 9,you may see that trailer combination again.id seen that SAR legend come through town a few times and that day yeh I was lucky he was parked.ive got another beautiful SAR legend coming up in the guyra no 4 video,i will upload that one soon
@MachineryMastery-b1o your right mm,they do handle the heavy tasks easy nowadays.and with the bling they put on them, coloured fuel tanks etc,the modern trucks are bloody beautiful mate
The weather was very nice everywhere. I'm sure it's a good feeling going out on a cool winter day and catching some great trucks beside the road. The SAR Legend is indeed awesome, the color combination is very good. And she looks neat with the double trailers. The two sparkling clean T909s are fantastic and they sound amazing too. I like the last location, when you are high up on the side of the hill. The perspective is great there. Quality update again, thanks for your effort.
@Zsolti0NYM weather has been kind zsolt, but I can't control that wind 1330m above sea level mate.the first 2 red kennys are actually 959s,a great get.the SAR looked like her and the trailers had just come off the showroom floor.and both 909s together was great, both stunning up close and sounded fantastic.that last location I've been looking at it since I started filming out there zsolt,I just hadn't had the guts to try it as I have to park so close to the road and traffic coming from behind around the corner,I'm happy I did give it a go
@darrylmackie9184 I agree with the panoramic settings Darryl,I hope when you worked on the school it wasn't winter, you wouldn't have any nuts left haha.gees I had a couple of let's just say cool days filming in July,my first winter in guyra.and I kept saying it's going to be my last
@TheCt300 was a young bloke when they came out. Loved them. Though i was spoilt as a kid. Went away on the school holidays with a mate of dads who was driving Barry Densley's 88 rig of the year, the Eliminator. Not long after that he bought Barry's 4864 Western Star, The Dominator off him and my oldman was towing a Garden City transport van with it. Felt like king of the kids getting around in those bangers.
@philmckrakin6752 you would have been king of the kids back then phil, great memories they are.i was a kid late 60,s in with dad,had no where the horsepower you experienced but I still felt king of the kids aswell mate
The different Fords are sensational. It's always good to see classics in top condition. The weather was perfect and the locals really enjoyed the parade. Another great episode, we're lucky you could capture the beautiful sights and sounds for us.
@Zsolti0NYM it's a credit to the owners zsolt the shape their trucks were in and some came from a long way away, that beautiful Ford I filmed with the coloured tanks is out of Mackay, over 1000kms away.the big titan nth qld aswell. If I get there next year my videos will.be heaps better
That Titan with the gold bulldog means all Mack running gear so I would say a 610hp E9 V8 Mack. Reminds me of Eddie Holland Titan Mack going back 15 years ago.
@rodneyjeffery9726 it's a bloody good truck show Rodney, there were some great trucks and i missed a lot of them so i hope to get back next year to film again
@robertarrol4374 you wouldn't regret Rob,600 trucks.mate i missed videoing heaps of classics as it was my 1st trip, but I know now where to video from so i will definitely go next year.thoroughly enjoyable
@robertarrol4374 you wouldn't regret Rob,600 trucks.mate i missed videoing heaps of classics as it was my 1st trip, but I know now where to video from so i will definitely go next year.thoroughly enjoyable
That brown and white Titan is fantastic. Huge sleeper and lots of fuel tanks. Of course the others are great too. I wouldn't want to be a judge here, because let's be honest. It's impossible to pick a winner from a 600+ lineup. As you said there are dozens of trucks who deserves a trophy. But the most important thing is the friendly atmosphere and the shining monsters. Great video again, I'm sure you were happy you could go to the show.
@Zsolti0NYM that titan was a monster zsolt, the colour scheme fantastic.in my books,if someone comes up and compliments your truck, that's just as good as a trophy, because we all have different views etc.i will go again definitely mate
Hey mate great video! I own the brown and white Mack there so thank you for time you spent to look at it and the positive comments. It was a really good show with some great trucks!
@andrewogilvy7054 thanks Andrew. I love your titan mate and I knew everyone that would see the video of her would like it.the colour scheme is bloody beautiful,I know you would be proud of her,if it was mine I would be.can I ask where you normally run with it,I'd love to film her pulling trailers.i plan on getting back up to qld again next winter to do some more truck videos.i want to get back to dingo, charters towers, roma areas, beautiful big loads up that way
I've read that this year's Casino show was an enormous success. I can understand why. I'm a Ford and Western Star fan. The old Mad Cow looks stunning, but the three Fords at the end are even better. It's always great to see when owners keeps these classics in immaculate condition. Of course the Superliners are sensational too, beautifully restored machines. The sounds are also awesome, I'm sure the locals really enjoyed the event. Great footage, it's good you could go to the show and capture the beauties for us.
The show is so successful zsolt they had to cap it off at 600 trucks, logistically casino can't handle any more.they had 600 last year and probably same this year.i was blown away by the quality of new and old trucks there.a real credit to the owners mate.
Thanks, nice trucks, some awesome aussie bangers!! 👍 Indian pacific, fine example of Mack's best truck! And I agree, those old Ford LTL, always a head turner truck!! 😂
That was my 1st time there canuck, unfortunately i missed a lot more beautiful old bangars.now I know the right spot to film if I go next year.yes, those fords were a eyecatcher when they came out,the owners were fantastic letting me film their trucks and all the owners and drivers I spoke to love their trucks.the 84 one is still working pulling 2 trailers in nth qld,575 horses, purrs along 100kmh at 1600rpms,great eh
The friendly honks are cute. I like B doubles, they are really cool, so I enjoy the sights and sounds here. Wickham Freightlines' trucks are common on this road, their fleet is very tidy. The variety is nice, we even see a nifty double road train at the Ampol station. Great update, thanks for your effort.
@Zsolti0NYM Wickham trucks are always nice and shiny zsolt, they are based at Warwick qld, they run their single and b-doubles to Sydney and Melbourne this way and they run their double roadtrains to Melbourne via the Moree route.and they are big, they have over 20 double roadtrains as well as b-doubles and singles out there.i thought they only ran kenworths but i have seen 1 Volvo on this route aswell.yes I'd rather a honk than a finger mate.
@rodneyjeffery9726 thanks Rodney cool she was, more like bloody cold though.heres some trivia for you, guyra is the coldest most northernest town in Australia,it's hard work filming out there, the wind bites right through a person
@robertarrol4374 thanks Rob,ive been itching to get out there again. ,that video wasn't t too bad.its hard work doing them though here in guyra, you just don't get the volume of trucks like up your way.
It's good to see you are back, we all missed you. All three locations are very nice. I'm sure the steep climb is hard for the trucks, especially the B doubles. But at least the sounds are amazing in both directions. We can hear them coming from kilometres away. The variety is also nice. Lots of tidy prime movers and trailers. Thanks a lot for the update.
@Zsolti0NYM hi zsolt, how you been mate.ive had a spell videoing as I got a job very suddenly in my home town of guyra.i thought I'd give it a go and I'm still here working.im recharging my batteries as I've been travelling in the motorhome since late 2019,it's nice to have a bigger kitchen, bathroom etc.but with the job I haven't been able to get away and do my truck videos,I'm limited here in guyra.i hope to get away again next winter as guyra is freezing in the winter mate.yes that climb is a good one,it's called Black Mountain and it's a good 3.5km uphill run,it makes the trucks work bloody hard
@@TheCt300 It's good you have a new job and it keeps you busy. I can understand that it's great living in a house again after years in the motorhome. I enjoy these simpler videos too, so keep them coming. Honestly I really envy you. I know it's winter in Australia right now. Our summer here on the northern hemisphere is brutal. The temperature is constantly between 35 - 40 C° for at least two weeks. Plus the humidity is high too. So the weather is terrible in all Europe.
@Zsolti0NYM looks like we are both getting hammered by the weather zsolt, hopefully we we both survive haha.a couple more days time I will put another video up
G'day mate were ya been haven't heard from you for a bit any way all good be bloody cold where you are is the black mountain truck stop still open last time I was there it was snowing ❄️❄️❄️❄️👍
@michaelmason1087 hope you going well Michael, yes the black mountain roadhouse is still thriving mate.heres my story,I got back to guyra in march, this is home.i was only going to stay 5 days then out of the blue a good job came up,we have 2 big tomato farms in glasshouses and a lot of overseas workers here.im doing the day to day running of overseas accommodation in 2 complexes.i thought I'd give it a go to see if I like it and if the boss liked me and I'm still here.i haven't been able to get away on the weekends because I'm basically oncall when there's a problem.and there's always a small or big problem,it could be someone locking themselves out of a room to the gas running out on one of the kitchens etc.other reason I took the job on was I been travelling since late 2019 and I felt I needed a spell mate.but as you know it's bloody cold here in winter and I'm thinking next winter I'd love to get back up north again, dingo, charters towers and my favourite spot, roma again
