I was googling cinnamon benefits and saw that some cinnamon is not good or fake and w3 should get the Ceylon not cassia . How do we know which one is which and where to get it?
Miley Virus isn’t Vegan anymore because somehow she couldn’t get in enough Omega 3s. Omega 3s are found in plant based foods such as Walnuts, chia seeds and flax seeds. Miley Virus…. “Loser, Loser, Animal Abuser.”
Thank you for sharing the juice saving tips...I would like to know how to add preservant and in how much quantity to preserve juices for at least 3 to 6 months for business purposes. Hope you would guide me.....Thanks again.
Do you feel any discomfort? Have you noticed some changes (to the worse) after you started drinking it? After 2 months you should have noticed something. If you feel fine, then probably it's not harmful. If you don't drink too much, and also have a balanced diet and get all the nutrients you need, then it should be ok.
As long as it doesn't cause any discomfort or disrupt your sleep, it's completely ok. It keeps you hydrated overnight, and prevent any late-night hunger strikes :)
Its hilarious to me that it takes a Podcasters to teach you things (not me) when in reality you should know this. Quit listening to these brackdrop avatars. Yall dont see terrences angle, dont you find it funny that he is all of a sudden challenging EVERY astrophysicist, mathematicians and scientists on how they are all wrong? Yea somethings hella fishy.
I have been making up one 16 oz. glass of carrot juice, including celery and a handful of spinach ....all organic for the past 10 years. I am almost 85 years old and believe it or not people think that I am in my 60's. I use an Omega upright juicer. I have NEVER turned orange or orangish and I read that it happens when someone's kidney's are compromised and that it eventually stops. Read the booklets by Dr. Norman H. Walker, Dr. of Science. They have been my go to reading all of these years. He was at the forefront of the whole juicing movement beginning in 1921.
Hey Robert. Thanks for sharing this. I love it. I agree, if you take care of what you eat and put in your body, you will look and feel younger. I bet you don't just look 65, you also feel like 55 or 45 :)
For a slim person, yes. Just don't make this a meal replacement, if your goal is to gain weight. For someone with stomach issues - depends on what issues you are talking about. I don't know your history, your diet, so always talk with a nutritionist or a doctor if you are not sure. You can always try just a small quantity, to see how your stomach reacts. Everyone is different, so you won't know until you try it.
I prefer not to mix things up just beetroot raw a hand full of raisins and a small piece of ginger two thin slices, blend with cooked cold water one cup
I drink beetroot juice to clean my liver, after removing a tumor from my intestines, doctor said there is a spot on my liver that might be a tumor, so I'm drinking beetroot juice to help my liver get rid of it😓
Sorry to hear about the potential tumor.... While this juice can help, A proper diet is also very important. And I believe the right mindset is crucial. I would recommend reading some of the books of Wayne Dyer, as well as Joe Dispenza
You can leave the skin on, if the cucumber is organically grown. So no pesticides used. Otherwise, I would peel them. Or wash them really really well, maybe add a bit of baking soda in the water, and let them sit for 1 minute
there isn't a limit, but you can start with 1 or 2, see how you like it , You can definitely mix them with an apple, to make them more drinkable. And yes, you can drink it every day without any worries.
Hey Helma. Sorry to hear it id not go down well for you. This is possible, and it sounds like your body does not like the beet juice. Best to stop drinking it, which you already did. If you really want to try juicing, start with a milder combo, such as carrot and apple. See how that goes. Maybe mix it with a bit of water, so it's not that concentrated.
