I dont really understand.why so many Cats are denutred. In very bad shape. They dont look healthy at all.. where are local.shelters or associations?! They dont look very good they need food and veterninary care
The ones with a knotched or clipped tip of their ear are neutered cats that were then released. This almost a universal sign of catch and release fixed cats.
