"He's hard to witness" - I get it, I never thought I would with Anthony's character but the smirks, head tilts...Jonny is just a talented fella! Polin and Kanthony are different in good ways, and while I am still in love with the latter (their chemistry and hand porn is crazy), I can't rule out the newcomers (same goes for Francesca's or Benedict's). And Nic, they definitely had to hide her in the worst outfits and hair so her glow up didn't strike me because she was too beautiful already if you were a fan already.
Already disrespectful? We don't care about Kanthony, we don't want comparisons because there's nothing to compare in the first place. If that's the only thing y'all do, don't watch it.
Rege didn't quit--they let him go after filming to save money and tried to pressure him to return after the show blew up upon its release. He was already booked and busy couldn't return without losing his other job.
Nope, he made it clear when he signed on that he was only going to do one season. They didn't let him go and he didn't quit - he was only ever contracted for 1 season because he didn't want to do more.
@@itsonlysound Actually, Netflix made it clear to him that he was only wanted for 1 season--they failed to include any options in his contract for future seasons or cameos to save money. He was told he was only needed for one season and he agreed. They tried to renegotiate after the show broke records and make out like he was just being difficult when he'd already booked another job.
To be honest, no. Personally, Polin didn't seem to be very convicing romance, something was lacking for me. Besides, I don't think they paid enough attention to Colin's character.
I feel like it's too early for us to have concrete opinions about this season. We're literally only 4 episodes in so far. 3-4 episodes into S2 I couldn't stand Anthony, so, I'm sure there's alot more coming. The Polin romance is literally the only love story they've been building since the 1st season. We've always known they loved each other, it was just a matter of Colin realising it. In my opinion, the crux of the story is them rediscovering love for each other after they find out who the other person actually is. Penelope as LW and Colin as not just an unattainable crush, but this sensitive/closet writer man who loves her and has struggled to be authentic amidst societal pressures.
@@susivarga7303Honestly, I agree. I was really looking foward to this season and I did want to like Polin as much as I did Kanthony, but i think that this type of chemistry that kanthony have doesn't happen that often, so it's fine. But when i remember season 2 I was aleeady won over kanthony in episode 3, so I'm not sure that the issue is only because I haven't seen enough episodes. Though I'm looking forward to part 2, of course, maybe it will surprise me
@@starsign0805Yeah I shipped Polin since season 1 then found out they will be a couple I was happy and waited for their story I like Daphne and Simon but their chemistry wasn’t that much for me and season 2 Kanthony I loved them but they took to long while Polin I love their chemistry after I finished these 4 episodes I went and read their book their are my favorite couple.
@@susivarga7303 You hit it on the head "Chemistry" is lacking.I could have preferred a story line with different lovers, Collin finds his love in his travels, and Pen hooks up locally
Does it have to? What i mean is that each season has a different flavor of romance. 1st fake dating, 2nd enemies to lovers and now friends to lovers. A taste to everyone and we can all enjoy each. Of course we all have our favorites, mine is Polin but i have friends firmly on Daphs and Simon and another on Anthony and Kate. I think we just need to have fun and stop comparing too much different types of love stories.
@@susivarga7303 what is your problem??? and why are you commenting the same shit under every video of the season 3 reaction I've seen?? get a life or at least a job
5:10 "Show you some jaw acting" oh my lord. The two of you were thirsty af this episode 😆 15:11 I actually prefer the idea of seeing Sokka's journey in the spirit world, or at least him talking about it after the fact. Like you said in the original we don't see him when he's in the spirit world and he doesn't remember anything, but I see that as potentially a missed opportunity for character development and absolutely a missed opportunity for comedy. Everything else you said, I 100% agree with. I think there's a lot of good concepts in these middle episodes in particular, but unfortunately much of it isn't executed nearly as well as it could've been. Still didn't hate any of it, except Bumi lol.
I was pretty sure I wouldn't like this channel because I do get a little bothered by reactors who talk too much, but now here I am 4 eps in and subscribed. The things you say are either entertaining, interesting(especially from an actor/writer standpoint), or a combination of both. As someone who knows a little about cameras and lenses, I have to agree with the criticism of some of the cinematography. Odd choices to say the least. Don't get me started on the wigs lmao. And whether it's about Jet, Zuko, or anything really, Kath's sass cracks me up lol I'm so here for it. Really enjoying the content from both of you and looking forward to more!
Let us listen dialogues of the movies or series when you find gap where no dialogues you should talk on that time otherwise it feels disaster to see this typed of reaction
Yeah, I’m sorry, but the girl in the blue hoodie needs to shut up more and stop criticizing lines that aren’t that bad like damn you didn’t write the script for the episode and wouldn’t do it anything better. Just shut up and chill.
I'm pretty sure that disney owns the rights to percy jackson so I don't think there's any other choices for where this show could have been made on. the books are also targeted towards kids so it only makes sense that the show does too. I agree that some of the dialogue was awkward and they could definitely do better with showing more than telling the audience about things but as a first season, I think there's a lot more time to improve
Percy can’t manipulate blood but it can manipulate the poisons, it’s risky. I love how Poseidon finding common ground with Zeus by mentioning Thalia and her bravery inspiring other demigods, comparing that to Percy and calling him Persues adds the role of a hero.
I love your reactions because you guys are genuinely enjoying this show and some of the changes they’re making. I’ve seen a lot of people do nothing but criticize it so watching you both is so refreshing
The only problem I have with the show is that it sometimes just cuts to black in order to minimize the amount of effects they have to use, but otherwise, this show is way better than the movie.
I think the reason why Miranda was successful is because he wasn't playing a caricature of himself. He went from goofy theater kit that's a deadbeat dad to a man filled with grief and regret
You can see him doing so clearly in the later family scene; two shirts. 15 still running around his Tardis in undies and open shirt, because he doesn't give a F... All out and proud. Love it.
