What if you're a virgin? I'm afraid it'll be really painful for a pelvic ultrasound and ill suffer during it. Maybe pee if my bladder has to be full which I don't understand and is so stupid.

No way am I ever going to do any type of surgery just to get diagnosed for it. I have enough scars from my gallbladder removal and I have heart and respiratory risk factors for surgery.
