Hi! My name is Aggie and welcome to my online space ♡☺︎♡
To be honest, I don't know entirely what I'm doing here but I sure as heck am trying! All I know is I love vlogging and I want to get better and better at it with each video.
Current interests: staying at home, having one on ones with friends, BTS and kdramas, oh - and I teach dance professionally too :)
You are preaching about the thumbnails. I keep talking myself out of buying an ipad for Procreate for my thumbnails because $$$, but UGH! So tempting lol. I loved your point about discernment on filming, especially when with others. I really loved this video. Hearing other opinions and experiences with vlogging is refreshing because there is so much thought that goes into it.
omg girl no don't do it lol. unless you know you're gonna be using that thing all the time. I'm using an old ipad like olddd.. doesn't even support an apple pencil kind of old 😆. i think you can use procreate on your phone if you want. and i also bought procreate bc its 12.99 flat instead of a monthly sub like everything else. i kept weighing my options just like you lol!
Putting yourself out there just like you did in this video truly shows how much you’ve grown and learned from even just 8 months ago. Amazing! Keep it up!
thank you so much! yea, where i want to be feels so far away but it's so easy to let everything fly over our heads if we don't sit and reflect and be grateful!
"Comparison is the thief of joy" is what I always remind myself when I also get discouraged seeing others in my niche ahead of me too. I know its hard seeing other creators out there thriving and way ahead of us but keep focusing on your journey and the progress you've made so far, you're doing amazing! keep going Aggie!
The vibes are immaculate. And yes! Your words on posting videos, even if they're for a short few minutes, are still valuable and present those opportunities for growth!
I feel you on being lost. My is due to the fact that I went to college and got my degree and its hard to find a job thats going to get me paid. So I switched it up and started applying for city jobs and now im currently on track on being a Police Officer. Which is totally not what I went to school for, but it pays well and has good benefits.
@@bb_aegi no, actually I never had anything set in stone. But I did go yo school in the pursuit of becoming a PT. One to lead to another and it just didnt work out for me and in terms of pay and tuition cost/loans that I would have to take out. So I decided on a city job that 1. Pays well, 2. Has tons of benefits and lastly has a pension
I just went through almost a year of job hunting after getting laid off. It SUCKS dude. Biting the bullet and doing the LinkedIn post thing actually did help, even though I hated doing it lol. Also, don't forget to sort by "new" and look for emails from the people hiring instead of just applying through indeed cause everyone says they don't get very many responses through the websites themselves. But when I email hiring people asking about the role and sending my resume they almost always at least respond. Good luck!
Have you considered doing content creation full time? or maybe find a part time job for now like something customer service-related, then teach dance at night, then do hired content creation or video editing part time for now as a freelancer like on Fivver or Upwork till you build up your skills and creditability as a creative freelancer?
hey girl thanks for commenting!! i have thought about it, and i am currently trying to build that credibility! i totally forgot about part time work cause i'm so zoned in on a couple of things atm but i really needed this reminder that there's so much i could work with out there. thank you! <3
truly thank you for asking this! I would design, style, and choreograph while mixing in project management! and i wanna do it with a team. sounds like i might need to be my own boss!
@@hioxd bruh 😭 downtown is so bad everywhere but there is worth going to, especially the parks, coffee shops, and views! hope you got to experience something nice
I just went to Monterey Bay aquarium! It was awesome. And visted thr SF bay aquarium as well just yesterday. My visit to San Jose has been great so far. Going to miss it here. Back to NYC...
