I'm confused about this video. It's there to tell people that instant noodles are not healthy, but was there ever anyone who thought it was healthy in the first place? Who is this video for?
Its not that its absent nutrients, its that the stuff that is in it is toxic to the body like the BHO which is banned in most countries and known to cause colon cancer among other things. Because it has no nutrients, it is likely to kickstart metabolic disease as it wears out the gears of your cells churning this stuff that doesn't produce any energy and wears down the bio-mechanical parts of the cells. I used to think it was just empty calories, so I supplemented with plenty of healthy food. Or so I thought. I almost died, long story short, and now suffer from permanent autoimmune disease.
What misinformation? It's just not great for you. It's okay sometimes but it's just flour with some junk added. Some even have palm oil and crazy amounts of salt. Might I have one once in a while? Sure, but it's not comparably very healthy either.
@mikafoxx2717 its more how he represented macronutrients, from what i know carbs are far more likely to cause obesity than fats since they make you feel less full so you eat more, really the only thing that makes you lose or gain weight is your calorie deficit or surplus. I keep hearing this demonisation of fats, like you are gonna get fat if you eat too many fats and people that have 0 fat diets. They usually all get sick because, unlike carbs, fats really are essential for function

@@nickmagrick7702 while they are very important. you're wrong its just thermodynamics. Calories in > calories out: your body will convert the excess to fat and store it in your body. Calories out > calories in: Your body will start to use stored fats for energy. If you are in a deficit you will start loosing stored fat if its in a surplus it you will gain weight in the form of fats. Now there are other minimal factors which fluctuate weight, the actual weight change in people is mostly just changes in amount of body fat.
