I've used this in a high-traffic environment for more than 10 years, grinding around 6kg at month and it's still working. I'm using a very fine grind, around 14g dose. The instruction for removing the hopper is wrong, you only need to remove the two screws and you can slide the whole hopper old with the nylon neck. For most people doing cleaning, you will only have to remove the hopper and top cover which is in the polished surface. You will get assess to the burr. Cleaning-wise, it's so much easier to clean than those that screw the top burrs in. The difficulty in cleaning those is you will need to slowly pick out all the debris in the screw threads after each removal and apply a fresh coat of grease. If you don't remove those debris and force it in, it will cause the upper burrs to jam and you will have a hard time removing it.
Damn! Can't go wrong with any of these. Hard to compare. But my personal ranking: Crashability: Groove, Evolution, Artisan Bell: Evolution, Groove, Artisan Ping: Evolution, Artisan, Groove Stick Definition: Artisan, Evolution, Groove Notable observations: -Artisan is the darkest and probably the richest sounding among the bunch. -Evolution is the brightest and most metallic sounding hence why it has the loudest and most defined "ping" sound. - Though Evolution is ranked above Artisan in Crashability, I like the sound of the Artisan better as it sounded richer without the annoying metallic sound. I just noticed that the Evolution opened up faster when crashed.
Que buena ejecución, buen ritmo, cadencia, swing. Además me parece increíble como sigue al brass con el snare lo que hace que todo obtenga mas "glue". Increíble, felicitaciones
Hey! Very good video indeed. I’m looking for a spare part for my machine. The wheel gear that you hold on 9:15 min of the video is worn out and missing some teeth. Do you know where can I buy a replacement one? Thanks!!

Look at your local drum parts store. Although there is a company from Taiwan - Lea Hung drums. They make hardware for most drum companies. In my video, this is the original hardware from my kit
Hey, thanks for the video. My bb005 has a squeaky noise whenever it grinds. Any idea which part of it needs fixing? Also what burrs does the grinder use?
@@vikkonkov No worries! I ended up needing a 1.5mm hex key/Allen wrench to get both of the knobs off. Appreciate the video as it appears to be the only one on RU-vid of someone opening this machine.
