Asian landlord's are difficult and unrelatable. They should not be in the business of tenancy. They kick people out for anything that is not Rule abiding.
If something is broken, and the landlord wont fix it, you fix it, and you ask to be reimbursed proffesionaly through court with representation. This is what it looks like when you just stop paying rent over the issue. It gets your landlords attention. But the money is still owed. So now its fixed... Wheres that rent at?
For all you who say pay your rent, there are many tenants who pay rent early on time every month, take care of the place out of there own pocket and STILL GET EVICTED BECAUSE OF GREEDY WICKED LANDLORDS. Its called no fault evictions and landlords do it all the time. I was out of apartment for 2 months due to a flood still paid rent on time and in FULL. Still landlord came to evict me for her ' family member' complete lie but that what landlords do take advantage of good tenants so when they do get these bad tenants who dont pay rent thats there karma u never know what they did to innocent people in the past.
Landlords are destroying the damn world and is why we have many ghost towns all over the damn place . They will own the land but refuse to fix them up and hoping they find wise people who know how to repair it but is stupid enough to work for them practically free by saying you can live here for free until you fix the place up . Then after it is fixed up you pay this much a month . Basically the landlord just conned someone to work for him free and then made the person pay to live on the land when the landlord is the person is the one who lacked real life skills and just has an imaginative mind like a machine or I say ghost in a machine that just sits but does not move . Think of someone like Steven Hawkins being your landlord . They messed with someone's mind and heart and is pretending to be the generous one and is the one who taught the man how to build when he did not teach him nothing nor help the person but has enslaved him once he got to see what the repair man can do with his mind and physical work. While the landlord was just being a demanding controlling peeping Tom on what good and bad is . I have see those signs a lot in Reading Pa . They are people who just buy land but do not know how to repair them and then once they take a crap people pick up and relocate and lots of times it would be one family owning like 20 homes where they are just collecting rent each month and then they hire people to repair them , but those people have to pay rent too so they have to demand more to pay for there landlord , Or they work for that landlord and they say they will only have to pay so much to stay there or none at all but the person is not even gaining any income to live so then that ends up taking a crap as time goes on too . In my eyes being a landlord has always been the most stupidest greediest laziest job they have ever created in the world since it drives people towards hate and they turn into like the exorcist on all 3 ends . The builder , the tenant, the neighbors since they just allow anyone to move that has the income but they do not agree with the laws or their others do not agree with the landlords laws and the landlord makes themselves appear like the victim when he should know by now only landlords like landlords . They do not build the homes they just buy it and want people to move in control people and get rich off of collecting from people to feel like Royalty. Landlords are the real bums and come bring misery and not teach any good values in life but become a pain in peoples ass. They are the reason why people complain about paying taxes and the reason why taxes is so high , they do not even like you growing anything on the land because they have the farmers grow instead and make them pay for the land too . Landlords make the world so unpleasant to want to even live. Masses of poverty started to form when landlords started popping up everywhere . They are like Locust's .
Pay your rent and don’t damage people’s shit. You’re the reason why rent keeps going up. The fact you just posted a video saying you have rights not listing the reason why the landlord is mad is crazy. You sound so entitled and think other people should pay your way. A tenant can pay $2k/month in rent but the landlord doesn’t get all the money for profit. $600/month goes to property taxes, $175 for house insurance, they have to pay the mortgage that can be more than what they collect in rent bc of dead beats like her. Then you factor in damage that can cost more than what their rent payment would be if they even paid. People think their $800/month rent is all profit.
Please explain to me how foreigners come to America or Canada dirt poor and end up owning homes and apartment complexes when Canadians and Americans can't own anything?
All I see here is landlord spending a lot of money to renovate her kitchen with Home Depot to make the tenant happy. Maybe she did not give her a 24 hour notice required. But tenant should be grateful you have a landlord who fixes your home.
I’d be calling my state bar and getting a real good tenant rights, lawyer right then and there, and turning over this video to them! I’d also be calling ice to see if a deportation is necessary knowing how many illegals are migrating these days and interfering with other peoples countries by meddling in their matters Now you know why we must close our borders Remember, just because someone knocks doesn’t mean you must answer. the problem is the communist chinese party is using proxies to corrupt the west, so chinese criminals are buying propertys to use for money laundering purposes, by refinancing. thats why there is so many empty building that our young kids cannot livein.
I'm suing my landlord for raising my rent because I made a complaint to a government agency. I haven't paid her a dime and I'm going to win my case. I caught her lying about my lease documentation. Don't ever let them put fear in you.

Gamers receive constant persecution from our society. They were told they are incels, racists, sexists and etc, which is not true. At home, gamers, especially teenage gamers, receive more persecution from their parents as their gaming devices are taken away and were forced to the torment of studying.
