When you buy goods,carry your original passport and mention it to retailer that you are claiming GST. Retailer will tag your purchase to your passport. Big shops like mustafa have separate counters for eTRS tagging. When you are in airport, the eTRS machine will list all your purchases you have tagged, you choose all the purchases you want to get GST refund. You will be asked to show the goods(sometimes they dont ask you to show goods),passport and boarding pass before providing the refund.
Hi, it is a solar watch. First time you have to leave it in sun light for at least 4 to 6 hours to get the battery charged and at least thrice weakly try to wear the watch in day time to keep the charge topped up. Then you can control and change the time and dates using a Casio app in your smart phone.
No need, you can choose the meal when you book same as choosing seat. Sometimes the meal options open few days before your travel. There are many options to choose according to your dietary needs.

Where is the gst refund located? Before or after check in? Is it possible to go to Changi just to claim gst refund since I will leave Singapore by sea?
GST refund counter is available in all terminals. It can be done both ways. If you are checking in the items, you can claim gst and submit the receipt while chec in. If its hand luggage, you can checkin and provide the boarding pass for claim. As far as i know eTRS GST counters are only in Changi and Seletar airport. sorry not sure about the cruise terminal.
