A video follow-up on your Financial Times article would be of interest to many. People may have ideas to help on the many problems you have, the threat of deportation for example, seems like a strange and unbelievable issue - there are many options. Before buying (and renovating) in a Napoleonic law country I did a lot of research. It was very different to previously buying in a common law country. As with the traction and outcry from the article I feel for your parents but I hope you find a way to turn around this tragedy.

You’re by far and away my favorite place in the Chateauverse. Read about all the issues you’re having in the WSJ. Your workshops are obviously a great success (and definitely a far superior experience over other chateau channels), I think you just need a social media manager/expert to grow your channels and bring in sponsors to help supplement the workshop income, especially in the off season. That way you can finally pay yourselves in addition to making the chateau somewhere you can all live and work comfortably. I believe in y’all’s ability to make it work for everyone, but especially yourselves.

Unfortunately, this was the state of the box hedges in the rose & veggie garden when we bought the property two years ago. We plan on replacing them this coming season.
