Sublime was amazing and so is the Dead...two most influential bands in my life for sure, got a sleeve to prove it. The fact Bradley decided to cover a dead song and release it on a studio album is fuckin great. He could spit gangster rap about a .22 while jamming reggae, mix in some punk rock that changed our lives and learned the hard way just to let her pass bye, let her pass bye . Bradley didn't discriminate and for all you "Dead Heads" hating, you should know Jerry wouldn't, he wanted the cards to play the way they fell good or bad!! Love don't hate unless its Total Hate :)
No shit people this is not as good as The Dead. Why even bother commenting on something you dislike? Just trying to share these live sbd recordings I came across with Sublime fans.
Probably just a low budget tape recording of Sublime spur of the moment jamming session or a sound check idk but you can tell they're they were playing low budget equipment and sounded like they were a little outta place wherever they were playing and i think in the end someone breaks it up(tells Sublime to stop playing they're instruments) or something i could be wrong and i think Bradley might have been a little too F'd up at this point time of the recording but his voice is so good and filled with so much soul & pain and just always manages to be amazing practically all the time llike《*"Example-B"*》in this whole this recording from beginning to end Bradley's voice never strays from being soulful emotional at some points even painful he just had a wonderful singing voice for his type of music and it's just sad that he's gone and not around no more he had his flaws but really folks don't we all?!?.. I mean come on now for-real people be honest!!...But anyway Great. Sublime Music Here 110% & ¤☆R.I.P☆¤ "Bradley Nowell"
These guys are sooooo underated in music today! Honestly my favourite band, and sadly they ended before they hit the BIG stage and Bradley could have made more excellent music for years and years to come had he gotten proper treatment for both mental illness and addiction he could still be here today. That being said they will never be fully accepted into the RNRHOF unless its for a tamed down version woth Rome as the front man... Nothing against Rome he is talented but he isnt the same lyrical genius Nowell was and in all honesty they should stick to the songs Brad wrote because Rome can actually do them justice when he isnt making dubstep songs or doing the hook for Wiz Khalifa... If anything a good old fashion dub would be fine but come on now...
@@kellybrown6988 I think you are right about Brad. A lot of his music came from his problems and issues. I wish Brad could have found some lasting peace in his life. He was a complicated and fragile person.
The reason why they sounded so sloppy towards the end was because it was raining and outdoors at that concert, everyone was drunk and throwing mud at the band, including the bass and guitar.
