The way he describe concierge is not really like the real concierge. Many a times we are often stuck at the counter and have to report to the duty manager if anything arises. Then there is mall concierge which is more jobscope such as ticketing for events and attraction and redemptions etc
I was a concierge and going to be one again. It is a challenging but fun job. Actually how the work environment is also depend on the type of calleagues and customer demographic u meet.

Yeah, if they didn't like it they would be down and their heads would be droopy so would their body's. ''harsh weather'' Its their natural habitat. Alaskan husky's cant survive anywhere else with their 2 layers of thick coat/pelt and all the warmth that they get keeps them from dying. So before commenting trying to look like a hero, saving them, think you're going to get so many likes, try and think about it. Its not that hard.
I am so happy the Canadian and Manitoba governments got conned into forking out $150 million to help build this vanity project for Izzy Asper. I'm sure a lot of international travellers are going to be saying to themselves " honey, to hell with Florence or the Louvre, forget the Grand Canyon or Santorini - let's go to Winnipeg to see some museum about something or other".
