To be honest we weren’t prepared to shoot as much as we did. I was very lucky and got married the day prior to our hunting trip. We had only brought the one target believing that would be enough for a quick shot to make sure the sights hadn’t moved. The second part is we had it low because my bow was very easily going through the target and a raised target could cause lost arrows.
@@jesusnunez6096 That’s exactly what we do. With the elevation change for my father his bow was slightly off which is to be expected. But it’s mainly just to make sure the sights haven’t moved!
@@nwtrueshotExactly brotha, I stumbled acrossed your channel and you now have a new sub! Good luck this season and I’m looking forward to the PNW content.
Heppner is a great spot! It’s been tough for a few years now. Logging and fires have done a fair amount of damage to the populations. Hope you have a great, and successful season!
Thank you! We do our best to get some clean content and get some good action. It’s always been about family and friends, in the good and the bad! Have a good day!
Looks super fun guys and nice shooting! Just a word of caution- keep that elbow up when you draw. If you have to drop that elbow and twist you may be over bowed. Your shoulder will thank you in the long run. Happy shooting!
This is an elk bugle during the rut. Which is their mating season. Making this call can help with communication between us and them to know what time of year it is, and how the animals can react. In a lot of cases this helps people take care of animals because they can better understand what situation the elk is in!
Excellent!!! Loving the videos. You should look into using smzeus . c o m. It is the fastest way to grow your RU-vid channel, and also works for any other social media profiles you may want to promote!!!
